An Exceptional Dining Experience at Quadro – A True Gem in Ayia Napa
From the moment we stepped into Quadro, we knew we were in for something special. This charming restaurant in the heart of Ayia Napa effortlessly blends impeccable service, warm hospitality, and exquisite cuisine. It truly stands out as one of the finest dining experiences we’ve had, not just in Ayia Napa but anywhere.
Service: The staff at Quadro set a gold standard for hospitality. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, they made us feel valued and cared for throughout the evening. A special mention goes to the manager who personally greets and seats guests, she is an absolute gem! Her warm demeanor, gentle humor, and attention to detail added a delightful personal touch to our visit. Her presence alone elevated the entire experience.
Cuisine & Presentation: Every dish was not only beautifully presented but also bursting with flavor. The beef carpaccio was delicate and perfectly seasoned, complemented by fresh rocket, shavings of parmesan, and a balsamic glaze that brought the dish together. The bruschetta was vibrant, fresh, and served on delightfully crispy slices of toasted bread.
The pizzas were the highlight of the evening. One topped with prosciutto, rocket, fresh mozzarella, and sun-dried tomato pesto, and the other with arugula, cherry tomatoes, and creamy cheese. Both were served on a light, wood-fired base with just the right balance of crunch and chew. It’s clear that quality ingredients and careful preparation are a priority here.
Drinks: Our drinks were refreshing and well-balanced. The Aperol Spritz was a vibrant start to the evening, and the fresh Frangelico on Ice was tart and perfectly chilled. A great match for the warm Mediterranean setting. Sparkling water kept us cool and refreshed throughout the meal.
Ambience: Quadro strikes the perfect balance between elegant and relaxed. The atmosphere is lively but not loud, with a pleasant outdoor setting that allows you to enjoy the balmy Ayia Napa evening. It’s a great place for a romantic dinner, a night out with friends, or even a casual meal if you appreciate quality.
Verdict: If you’re in Ayia Napa and care about top-tier food and excellent service, look no further than Quadro. The dedication of the staff, especially the incredible manager, and the passion that goes into every plate make this a must-visit. We will absolutely be returning, highly...
Read moreWe ate well here, food is fantastic & service is amazing, genuine desire to please customers. I wanted a Sweet Rose & theirs is mostly dry, so they offered to let me taste a couple to find something suitable - that's great hospitality. Our starters were some of the best food I've ever eaten - Prawns & Gnocchi in a Champagne Cream sauce (absolutely divine), Mushrooms in a Garlic Cream Sauce were earthy & sweet. We ordered more bread to scrape up all the delicious sauces. Mains were Linguine Fruiti di Marie which tasted great but mostly chunks of salmon pieces, usually it's mixed seafood. There was no octopus or calamari, but there were prawns & a few mussels. I found the Linguine pasta a little hard, not al dente it needed more cooking time. Chicken Gorgonzola was an absolute hit, quality blue cheese with cream sauce & chicken cooked beautifully. We also ordered a Garlic Mozzarella bread which came out in pizza style, pizza dough was quite tough, I woudn't recommend it. We wanted something to mop up the sauce. We were so full we couldn't eat dessert but didn't want to miss out, so ordered Tiramisu to take away - oh my goodness, Tiramisu from heaven I'll never forget, the best. We had a superb...
Read moreA stunning al fresco Italian restaurant set in the heart of Ayia Napa. The food was so delicious we visited twice during our 9 day visit.
The menu has a selection of salads, pastas, pizzas, calzone and many other Italian specialities, there is something for everyone.
We were seated straight away upon arrival to the restaurant (although we had to book in advance when visiting on a weekend as they get very busy) and the staff were extremely friendly and attentive – they couldn't do enough for you and explained the menu in detail when we asked. The restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating but the atmosphere and ambiance is much better when seated outside as you can watch the world pass you by – it's very romantic, open a bottle of nice red wine and you could sit there for hours ordering dish after dish.
The food we ordered was unique and delicious, the portions were a good size and a main course was more than enough on it's own (but we would highly advise you to order a starter, especially the mushrooms, as they were out of this world!)
Our visit felt more like an 'experience' which is rare when visiting restaurants these days, we felt like part of the 'family' – overall...
