Blue Dream Cruises - Blue Lagoon I & II — Local services in Cyprus

Came last year and was great, but after just doing another Blue lagoon cruise today was pretty unhappy to see our boat pull into Polis harbour 25mins early at the end of our cruise. I mentioned it to the bossman upon disembarking the boat and he gave me some spill about it being a “maximum 3 hour trip but can be shorter depending on boat traffic” he was talking absolute rubbish and I let him know. If I’m paying for a boat trip advertised as a 3 hour cruise I expect to get all three hours and not be rushed out of the sea when swimming at the blue lagoon just so they can get back early. The boat was also massively overcrowded unlike last year and it was hard to even find a seat on the outer deck. Very Disappointing. Today i had a boat trip with Blue Lagoon II and i must say that it was an awful experience. We were on the upper deck and going down the stairs which were dangerously steep and of course slippery due to waters i fell off the stairs holding my baby on my hands, thankfully my baby was not hurt but i was hurt, from the crew only 1 person run and helped and that was it!! No person in charge or the captain afterwards came to asked if we were ok and if we were hurt!! Fyi the stairs do no have the propper anti slip safety protection and it is very dangerous for anyone to get hurt!!NEVER AGAIN as it seems that they do not have safety standards and their behavior was not professional at all. Today I had my first treatment of a second class person. 2 of my friends and I purchased the party ticket for last sight seeing on Sundays. We where told to move from the top level to the lower level. Supposedly on 50 people on the top level. How ever we where siting before even 30 people where on the top level. We where followed until we reached the lower level of to see only 3 other persons where om the lower level. Didn't make sense and felt very uncomfortable and discriminated over the other 20 persons that where on the second level. We decided just to dis-enbark what not to ruin the rest of our days. The evening party is a total disaster complete disorganized. Plenty of other boats you can choose. Just stay away from BLUE LAGOON...
