Paphos Old Town is a short bus-ride up the hill from the Harbour. The bus costs €2 one-way. You get more breeze up the hill, so if you're sick of the heat at the beach, it's a decent diversion. The Market itself isn't great - there's lots of shops selling typical tourist-focussed goods - cheap jewellery, leather belts, bags, shoes etc., but between the various stalls and shops there are some nice cafes & restaurants where you can enjoy a lunch or snacks under trees.
