Came in at around 9:20pm restaurant was basically empty, ordered a ribeye steak (medium temperature) and ramen (which my fiance didn't like the fact that the spoon was not the correct style of spoon) , none of the waiters mentioned their names so I have no clue how to explain who did what, but there were 3 waiters who all served us in one way or another, one of them was extremely igor to keep adding water to my glass while interrupting my conversation with my date which he also spilled some, moreover none of the glasses or bottles of water had coasters, the food didn't take too long to get ready and they brought me a steak knife without teeth which is the first time I've ever seen one, my steak was sub-par especially for the price which is 40 euro, half of it was the correct temperature but the other half was almost rare because of the difference in the thickness, my fiance's ramen had mushrooms which tasted amazing and 4-5 strips of beef which were really tough because it was not cut with the grain. Last but not least the music was pretty weird, not bad but it just didn't set the atmosphere of Asia at least for my fiance. Till they fix these issues I will not be coming back but I hope to see improvements in the future in terms of staff etc. The waiter at the end even asked us how much we wanted to tip!...
Read moreI was genuinely surprised by the quality of food at Momo Asian Kitchen in Pafos – especially the sushi was incredibly fresh, beautifully prepared, and absolutely bursting with flavor. It’s not easy to find such high-quality Asian cuisine in Cyprus, and this place really stands out when it comes to taste and presentation.
One of the highlights of dining here is the amazing view – you get a stunning panorama of both the city and the sea of Paphos. Whether you're seated inside or near the windows, the breathtaking vista truly elevates the whole dining experience. The interior is modern, stylish, and creates a great atmosphere for a relaxed meal. Prices are a bit on the higher side, but for the quality of the food, the atmosphere, and that incredible view, it feels worth it. One downside was the children’s dish we ordered – simple noodles with chicken. Although the staff reassured us it would be cooked without spices and sauces, the chicken was still quite spicy. When we brought this up, the staff seemed doubtful of our feedback, which was disappointing. Fortunately, they handled it well in the end by not charging us for the dish – a gesture we appreciated. Parking near the restaurant can be a challenge.
We’ll definitely be back – just probably not ordering the kids’ noodles...
Read moreThe entrance of the restaurant is from inside the building with many shops. I visited the restaurant in a weekday at lunch, the restaurant was not busy and I got full attention, well trained personel, very polite, made sure I always had everything I needed, including a full glass constantly. The food came in a nice pace, and they answered any questions I had. The food was wondeful, not only in taste but also the effort of the presentation. I started with a spicy edamame snack, witch I truly enjoyed, followed by the seabass seviche that surprised me pleasently with the passion fruits aroma. I was served a properly cooked ramen, with very tasty broth and ingredients, a real comfort food. As a desert, I had a creme brulee, it was not the best I had, and left me with a little regret that I didnt order something asian. The prices ate higher yhan average asian restaurant, but the overall experience is above average. Overall was one the best experiences in terms of asian food and serving experience, all topped with a wondeful sea view. I plan to go again, to share the experience with family...
