There’s no way to pay and get food if you are a foreigner!! Don’t even bother trying to.
We were stoked to go to this place since it looked good from the street. We also ordered some food and was ready to pay. Oh, wait! They only take mobile pay and you need to have a Danish account to be able to install the app.
The lady behind the counter didn’t even bother to give us tips on how to take out money, so the other guests tried to direct us to a bank (that was closed) and a grocery store that would not let us take out money. When we asked her why Muban Thai, the lady behind the counter said that “that’s how it is in this area, and there are pizza places around” with a rude tone.
So my question to you is, why can’t you install a way to pay by card? Is there really a reason?
Luckily, we stumbled upon Sukuri Sushi who actually had this technology (I know, it’s crazy).
I really hope you guys fix this and that you employ people who at least can be more understanding. If not, you should have a poster at the entrance saying “WE ONLY TAKE MOBILE...
Read moreI ordered here three times and the classic fried rice and the chicken satay are decent so you can't go wrong with them, I enjoyed both. The spring rolls are ok, although the filling consists more of glasnudler than actual veggies. What I found disappointing was the Pad Thai and fried egg noodles. The Pad Thai is way too greasy (said from somebody who doesn't mind greasy food, but it can get too much), while the veggies (bean sprouts and spring onions) were barely noticeable. That makes it advisable to add extra veggies, which however will cost you 20kr. extra, when it actually shouldn't be necessary. The fried egg noodles completely lacked in taste. It's a hit or miss depending on what you order for takeaway. Note that it's also possible to dine in, but the ambience is not particularly nice, and there are only 3 tables, I recommend...
Read moreI agree that the take-away portions were on the smaller side but I feel they have improved on that now, last I ordered it was more than enough. If you're lucky to fetch one of the few places inside you get free extra rice if you need and the portions are more than enough. I've been wanting to order for lunch several times but they only open at 14.00 for now which is sad :( Quality of ingredients and service is really top. I've eaten half of all the available dishes by now and one was better than the other, but I'm not sure whether it would be considered original Thai food which I personally don't care though as long as its great tasting. Also agree that they could join Wolt or some other service to make it more available. In summary I love the new flavours and can't get enough of their food, so much that I wish they would...
