This was my first time using Click & Collect, and it was honestly a disaster.
I placed a Click & Collect order at Lagkagehuset for 17:30. When I arrived on time, my order wasn’t there — two girls seemed confused, said the item was sold out, and simply offered me “something else” from what was left (which, to put it mildly, was almost nothing).
I didn’t receive any apology, explanation, or refund of the price difference.

They are extremely slow and they seems pretty stubborn in not increasing their pace not even when the place is full and the queue is long. I think the quality of the service here has improved since some of the lower reviews were posted, as I have had no issues. Especially mid-morning on weekends it can be very busy.
