La Focaccia Pizzeria — Restaurant in Copenhagen Municipality

I've got a pizza 3 times from this place. The first time the pizza was not cut properly and generally not really good or tasty. Dry and boring. The second time it was decent so I thought that maybe they improved. 3rd time I ordered a normal tomato, ham, cheese mushrooms and a Quadro stagioni. A simple order one would think. What I got (which I realised after I got home) was the tomato ham cheese mushrooms and a pizza with tomato ham cheese artichoke and shrimps!! That's 1 out of two. And as always pizza not really cut. Vi har tidligere brug og været rigtig glade for kvalitet og service. Men i dag kl.18:40 får vi den mest uforskammet betjening, da vi ringer for at bestille mad til 5 personer. Min datter vælger en pastaret, som åbenbart er udsolgt. Da der er dårlig forbindelse, på mobilen i restauranten, hører jeg ikke, at det bliver nævnt, at denne ret er udsolgt. Da tjener gentager min bestilling på 4 pizzaer svarer jeg plus en pasta ret hvortil der bliver svaret temmelig ubehøvlet: " den er jo udsolgt har jeg lige sagt!!!" . jeg undskylder og beder min datter om hurtigt, at finde en ny ret. Det går åbenbart ikke hurtigt nok og der bliver klaget fra tjener over at:" jeg har faktisk travlt" hvortil jeg svarer, at det er vel helt i-orden, når vi er igang med en ordre til 5 personer, at der bliver brugt bare to minutter på at finde en ret til min datter. Vi har mest lyst til at afbestille vores mad, men da vi har lovet vores tre sultne teen-agere mad derfra henter vi vores bestilling. Men vi vil ALDRIG benytte La Focaccia igen. Ærgerligt, at man er så uforskammet og arrogant i sin fremtoning, når man er ansat i servicebranchen. Vi håber, at der snart åbner en anden skøn italiensk...

A bit expensive but the pizzas have plenty of toppings and are delicious. In addition, the dough is thin and crispy, which I like. Many of the reviews say that the staff is unfriendly but I, personally, never have had a bad experience. The pizzeria is always busy when I go to order/pick up the food, so there's not really much contact with the staff. I recommend trying pizza number...
