The best food I’ve ever had 🫶🏻 This is hands down the most incredible gastronomic experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been lucky to dine at several 1- and 2-star Michelin restaurants around the world, but nothing beats Paula.

The food is out of this world, the atmosphere is beautifully hyggelig, and the location in Carlsberg Byen couldn’t be more charming. And the service? Absolutely spot on – warm, attentive and truly welcoming.

The chefs are talented and service is awesome.

I accidentally dropped my napkin on the floor and picked it up quickly. The waiter noticed and brought me a new one. It’s rare to come across this level of service in Copenhagen.

The dishes were perfect. So was the wine pairing.
