Lafal Food — Restaurant in Helsinki sub-region

Absolutely the place to go for when you are out and about.

Have been here once so far and my experience is as follows:

The surrounding streets are a mess right now because of maintenance and whilst I've been to many nearby restaurants the past month nothing comes even close to compare. The food, the portion sizes, the service; all top notch for a reasonable price considering the location (Helsinki).

The entrance felt a bit too narrow and whilst the restaurant is fit in a small space, there's plenty of seats and that's what makes the restaurant more claustrophobic. Once you have ordered though, moving to the far back of the property the seats are cozy and comfortably spaced.

Food itself in Metro Fast Food is excellent. The soup served with every meal tasted wonderful and the main course was surprisingly big enough for most people in my estimates.

The furnishing is calming and fits well with the music playing softly in the background. Had a very relaxing break from the office, even so that I didn't notice the time flew by and I came back late - but that's a plus for them and a minus for me.

If you've forgotten/misplaced/ruined the lunch in your lunchbox, this is where you'll want to spend your money instead of the other restaurants nearby. Solid 5 stars and every...

Unfortunately I do not have a single photo of the meals we had, but the food was tasty and this whole eating was a cool and solid experience to a unknown world of spices (for me, never had lebanese food before).

For a group of four we had two separate plates of meat and "dip sauce", we also took one bottle of red wine and let me tell you something, it was goood! (Both, taste and the price)

I really liked the idea of "making your own bites", but im also glad we had an experienced person in our group to make the most of the lunch.

The service is very good, I like the atmosphere and there's plenty of options on the menu. My favorite is the grilled halloumi, and I like that I can add extras to my dishes. Very reasonable prices, and your order includes the soup and the coffee. Lentil soup was delicious and everything in general inside the menu is really good and comes in very generous portions.
