NOCIBE, terminé. Nous venons avec ma fille pour acheter un cadeau d’anniversaire. Nous pensions à un gel douche. La vendeuse nous explique qu’il y a une offre, 2 achetés, le 3 eme offert. C’est également stipulé sur des affiches. Je laisse ma fille seule en boutique régler l’achat, elle a 14 ans. Elle me retrouve dépitée, l’offre n’est finalement pas valable au prétexte que l’ordinateur calcule la meilleure offre possible qui était 40% sur le 2 eme produit acheté, et avec la carte du magasin uniquement. Rien à voir avec l’offre annoncée, et elle a fait souscrire une carte à ma fille, en recueillant son téléphone sans autorisation parentale. Lorsque je reviens pour des explications, elle ne s’excuse pas et me dit que c’est l’ordinateur qui calcule les promotions possibles, et me dit qu’elle va annuler la carte en notant à la va vite le nom de ma fille.
