On August 21, 2022. I bought in the store Epicerie de la Gare an item and when I was leaving the armenian seller started cursing me in russian language without any reason. When I went outside this store another armenian in a pink t-shirt , probably the owner blocked my way. I asked him to let me through and tried to go around but he blocked my way for the second time. At this moment the first armenian, the seller came outside and smashed my head with a broom and broke my head and the broom. The American tourists who were watching all this were in deep shock. Some two french women who happened to sit at the table in the nearby cafe helped me to call the ambulance and police because they don't to speak English.
I started bleeding and called the ambulance but they told me that I was o and didn't need their help and could walk to dijon hospital myself and left. That was typical discrimination and medical negligence and malpractice.
After I called police also and they started telling me to go away from Cafe where I was sitting and assisted by the two women. Although it wasn't their place to telle to leave the premises of the cafe didn't mind me sitting outside and try to get better.
After the cops told me to get out of the table of the Cafe and leave I got up and went to sit under the tree on the other side of the store because I lost blood and wasn't able to walk at the moment. However, cruel french police of Dijon located at 2 Pl. Suquet, 21000 Dijon, told me if I didnt leave they would arrest me. Then the police told me that they had a doctor in the police station and brought me there. After I was brought about ten other police came down and they all started arguing with each other. Probably they didn't want an injured person to be tere and bleed. However, the police who brought me decided to hold me and wait for their doctor. I felt that it was not a good place to be at and told them that I didn't need their doctor and that I would go to Dijon hospital by myself. I had a terrible pain in my head and it was still bleeding. I headed to the exit but some black police suddenly kicked me two times iny stomach. When I asked him why did he so that he didn't respond. It was a pure torture by police also.
Then the police brought some dude, seemingly of arabic origin with eyeglasses, who said that he was police doctors and after he looked into my head wound he told me that I was OK. The doctor also added that I had a chance to leave when the cops asked me to but I chose not to and that's why they're are going to arrest me. I tried to explain that I simply couldn't walk due to the hit I received on my head but they didn't care.
After that the police locked me up in a very cold room and kept me there for several hours, probably by midnight. All this time I had a horrible headache and wasn't even given water.
The next day I came to the police station and filed a police report on the two armenians who hit me.
When I tried to file a report on the black cop who kicked my stomach the female cop who was taking the information said we are not going to talk about.
Please avoid these criminals.
As of 2024 I haven't received any response from Dijon police.
Other reviews also suggest the aggressive and extremely unfriendly attitude of the sellers...
