Extremely Disappointing Experience – Unsafe and Unacceptable Behavior by Captain
We are a family of four and had a truly terrible experience returning from Saint-Tropez to Cannes. The boarding process was complete chaos — no clear instructions, no staff helping manage the crowd, and people pushing aggressively to get on the boat. It was unsafe and very poorly managed.
To make matters worse, the captain separated our children from us despite me clearly explaining that we are a family and need to stay together. He forced my husband and me to board while keeping our children behind. When we followed his orders, he still refused to let my daughter on board — giving her a real shock and leaving her terrified.
This behavior is absolutely unacceptable, and it ruined the end of our day. The lack of organization and disregard for families traveling together is beyond disappointing. You need more trained staff at the dock to organize the lines and make sure boarding is done safely and respectfully. This should never happen to...
Read moreFor a cruise that runs predominantly in the main summer months the boat they use is 70% indoors. A pricey trip for what is essentially a glorified ferry. The staff are friendly enough and the boarding process is straightforward if not a bit everyone for themselves. The boat is also one of the noisiest vessels I've ever been on. Sitting at the back above the engine felt like some sort of noise torture process. So the other options were inside or upstairs. Think long and hard if you want a boat trip like this...

Multiple vessels were boarding and they were sending people in different directions so when you thought you were at the front, you ended up in the back. We arrived almost 45 min before boarding in order to avoid the madness but didn’t make a difference. So my family was unable to sit together - my 2 young girls were sitting in one spot then I was elsewhere in eye shot and my husband far away. I had a nice time in St Tropez but frankly wasn’t worth the ordeal, these people are completely disorganized not to mention rude....
