Le Boston Cannes — Restaurant in Grasse

I regret to say that my recent visit to Le Boston Cannes with a group of friends was ruined by an incredibly disappointing and distressing experience. The food was average at best, but what truly left a sour taste in my mouth was the behaviour of the restaurant server and manager, who attempted to scam us trying to make us pay more than the prices on the menu. We were taken aback by their audacity and unprofessionalism.

To make matters worse, the manager's attitude was not only dismissive but also hostile.

This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any establishment, and it's particularly disappointing in a place where customers should feel welcomed and respected. I hope the manager gets fired and that these practices are not part of their business model in the future anymore. Until then, I cannot in good conscience recommend this restaurant to anyone. My advice: don't go! But if you do, double-check your bill and be prepared to stand your ground if you encounter...

Well , it all started when we were waiting for our table when the manager intentionally skipped us and gave the table to the people behind us. When we got to our table, we waited roughly 30 min to get the menu + they refused to serve us Shisha or dessert or coffee saying that we need to order food first then they will allow us to order shisha or leave the restaurant! he literally said that!. The staff starting from the manager until the waiter were so rude and RACIST. Please please check your bill before paying, they added an order to the check which we did not order, and when we discussed that with the lady at the cashier, she started screaming at us by saying she is going to check the camera if we received the order or not. TERRIBLE SERVICE. I saw several people walk out for not getting served or being disrespected and I ended up doing the same myself. First time I’ve ever left a restaurant and I was starving. I saw a waiter yell at two people waiting forever to be seated when they finally decided to sit at an uncleaned table. I was looking around at all the waiters for service and one winked at me and proceeded to not serve me. Sir, I am not staring at you because I find you attractive, I’m staring at you because I’m starving and want to get some freaking service. Another waiter waived their hand in my face and yelled at me to try and get my attention. All this happened while I was waiting 20+ minutes just to get the menu.
