Au Mal Assis — Restaurant in Grasse

The worst place we have ever been, the food is as horrible as the service. We ordered lobster and found hair inside, we requested to cancel the dish and change it to a different dish, however the waiter took the food away and ignored us. He brought the same dish back and lied, saying he changed it. I said to cancel the dish, and he asked why, we aren't stupid people. We eat seafood all the time and we tend to go out for meals. The most disgusting place. We didn't want to have any arguments, so we still paid for the food. Additionally, for the fried fish salad I ordered, they never cleaned the stomach of the fish. It's an unclean place with unappetising food. It's no wonder this place has 3.8 stars- we should've looked this place up first before settling on this place. Lack of customer service

We were looking for a good seafood restaurant with the nice view of Cannes. It was 5 of us, and we got a big table. We ordered two of big seafood plates, drinks, main dishes and as the positions were small we still were hungry and wanted to try other seafood. The oysters were terrible with pieces of shell, the restaurant positioned as expensive one but the food wasn’t good at all just some of our dishes were okay. The service was even worse: the waitress was rude to us. He told we should order everything at once and didn’t want to leave the menu at our table. We were in shock as usually in every normal restaurant the waitress trying to keep the menu with you and glad then people order more. Don’t recommend that place with such behaviour towards clients. Okay so this is my review about this place. Very surprised people had bad experience. Service 8/10 very good service the host was very professional. Waiter are okay need a bit of polishing in some department. Decoration 8/10 it's nice Decoration but could be better (didn't like the black waiter statue 🤔) Food 9/10 the food was very good, also the fish soup 🍲 😋 Cleanest 9/10 very clean place even the restroom are clean and don't smell bad.
