No really Great store. When I went there there were no light 💡 or electricity. Can you believe that! The caisserie said that she can’t help and she can’t process money. I waited until the electricity was fixed. For the store 🏬 l’occitane I loved the bio or organic creams or other products. The location is great 👍 like near of the airport. Fraudulent company overall. All their offers code dont work. I had at least 5 in the past few months, none usuable. I shop often their brand, huge money. My friend too, i convinced her to make an account so she can get that promised 10% off for subscribing. Nothing. Shame...

Venue pour un cadeau j’avais besoin de conseil j’en ai pas eu heureusement que j’avais regardé sur le site internet avant… je suis tombé sur une stagiaire je pense car elle n’y connaissait rien et franchement pour la période de noël je trouve ça encore plus important de former son équipe si on ne veux pas perdre de vente… La responsable qui est a la caisse n’est pas du tout souriante se qui ne donne pas envie d’acheter non plus… elle prend les gens de haut. Honnêtement si c’est pour faire un métier qu’on n’aime pas ça ne sert à rien de rester surtout des métiers comme celui ci où on est au service des clients et leur permettre de passer un bon moment… J’aimais bien l’occitane mais je n’y retournerai plus… et en plus de ça il ne rembourse pas se qui évidemment ne dise pas...
