Factory & Co in Aéroville is a must-visit for anyone in search of a refreshing and delicious mango shake. This smoothie is simply the best I've ever had - the flavor is rich, and the taste is perfectly balanced with a mix of berries and other fruits. Although the bagels are good, they could be fresher. However, the service is fast and welcoming, and it exceeded my expectations.

En résumé, les desserts ont été pour moi une déception majeure. Les desserts mentionnés dans mon avis étant les seuls produits que j'ai goûté, je repasserai probablement à la fabrique pour tester les plats salés et me faire un avis plus global des produits proposés dans cette fabrique (dans ce cas, je compléterai mon avis et modifierai ma note si les plats sont à la hauteur de mes attentes).

Accueil et service Globalement l'accueil était bon, les employés ont fait leur maximum pour nous servir dans de bonne condition, la fabrique était propre, rien à redire sur ce point.

Desserts J'ai fortement apprécié le fait que les desserts ne sont pas trop sucrés. C'est le seul point positif que je peux mentionner sur les desserts goûtés.

Cheesecakes Les cheese cakes que j'ai goûté était les suivants : Oreo, K. Bueno, snickers. La crème est extrêmement dense mais sans goût particulier. Le biscuit en bas était humide. J'ai vraiment eu du mal à terminer les quelques bouchées de cheesecake mangées car j'ai été écoeuré (nous étions plusieurs et nous avons et la même sensation). Une grande partie est allé à la poubelle... Je ne connais pas "les vrais" cheese cake New Yorkais (je comptais les découvrir dans cette fabrique) mais après avoir goûté ceux là, je sais que je n'en rachèterai pas. De plus, les prix sont élevés : 6,90€ la part de cheesecake !! (pour le même prix, j'ai déjà dégusté des pâtisseries fines, bien travaillées et pas écœurantes ...).

Muffin Kinder Le muffin Kinder a été pour moi une vrai blague... En complément des deux carrés de Kinder posés sur le muffin, je m'attendais à avoir un muffin abondamment fourré au centre... Je n'ai trouvé qu'un grand étouffe chrétien complètement sec (échec de fourrage ?!?!). Ce qui était censé ressembler à un carré de Kinder (à l'intérieur du muffin) avait complètement fondu et s'était ratatiné, au point que je me suis demandé si quelqu'un n'avait pas manger le fourrage de ce muffin avant moi. Sérieusement, qui fourre un muffin avec un morceau de biscuit chocolaté si petit qu'il fondra complètement après cuisson en laissant un résidu de biscuit sec ?!? Même les muffins proposés au mac Do ont meilleurs texture, fourrage et goût. Au final 3/4 de ce muffin est parti à la poubelle... Le muffin s'appelle "Kinder" (la marque) donc pourquoi ne pas utiliser des produits de cette marque et faire une crème de Fourrage chocolat Kinder (avec des Kinder chocobon par exemple...) pour éviter de se retrouver avec le résultat désastreusement sec ?!? En résumé, ce muffin est un échec, un étouffe chrétien sans intérêt.

Vous l'auriez compris, je ne recommande absolument pas les desserts mentionnés...

Ordered a bagel with extra bacon, the bacon was just like rubber and i kid you not i absolutely could not bite through it, even when i tried pulling it apart it wouldn’t break apart. We went to the counter and complained about it and they said ‘that’s how bacon is’, we even demonstrated how it would not break apart and they said ‘that’s how bacon is’ again. I have been to culinary school and i can tell you for sure that that is NOT!!!! how bacon is. They gave me a small container with their chopped up bacon which was still inedible. Did not get my cash back. Happy to never ever be...
