Horrible service and probably the worst experience I’ve had at a Rolex store ever. I went on an extensive trip to Europe from the US and I went to 5 different Rolex stores. This was by far the worst of them. I went in on nov 27th at 6 pm. The lady that greeted me was rude and made me feel extremely rushed. I went in to see if they had anything available ( 99% of stores have at least 1 or 2 watches available that day) but she took it as almost an insult I had asked what they had available. I asked her what she had available and she’s like “nothing you have to wait for this type of watch “. I’m like um ok ? What do you have available for women’s watches (Rolex ALWAYS has at least 1 women watch on hand at all times). Once again she’s rushing me telling me no I don’t have anything for you. You have to wait. People wait years for these type of watches. Finally I’m like oh yea ? Like this watch and showed her my solid gold gmt. She looked like that irritated her and rushed me out. I didn’t even feel comfortable looking around. Never treat your customers like this, not knowing who they are or what extent their collection is. Everywhere else I visited in Europe was very welcoming, Sat me down, gave me water, didn’t make me feel rushed, brought out to me what they had available at the moment, let me try on a check out. I don’t understand why that’s a problem for your staff to make someone feel comfortable and not...
Read moreI had a fantastic experience visiting this Authorized Dealer for Rolex and Tudor watches. I am from the U.S. and was traveling the Côte d'Azur and Rhone Valley in October 2019. On the day I visited Nice, I already knew where the Tudor AD was and knew I was going to sneak in for a visit to see if they had a Tudor North Flag.
Unfortunately, they did not, but fortunately I had a couple of watches as a backup plan. I'll not bore you with the further details of the watch that I chose, but I will take the time to say that Ludovic greeted me with a smile and even though I looked like a haggard tourist (giant American-sized backpack and sloppy attire) he was a real pro and treated me like I was his most important customer. He answered every single question I had and if he didn't know the answer he had no problem asking someone else. He did not push me one way or another with my choices - I could tell he was a "watch guy" too and not just a sales representative for luxury watches. As such, he let me be for a few minutes with both watches to make my final decision.
This was my first experience purchasing a luxury watch from an AD and it was really a nice experience. Ludovic ensured that everything went very smoothly and I left extremely happy.
I give this place and Ludovic in particular my highest recommendation. Thanks for a fantastic experience and memento from my...
Read moreAs an avid Rolex enthusiast, I appreciate the service and honesty of the sales associate that assisted me this afternoon. The SA (sorry, I forgot her name, but she sounded British) assisted me with a GMT Master II Bruce Wayne (126710GRNR).
She had me try on the timepiece, and she told me that it’s an exhibition model only (aren’t they all? 😀 ). When I asked her if there are any other GMT models available for tourists like me, she said there are precious metal pieces available for visitors; the stainless steel pieces are allocated for their local clients. It’s nice to have an honest associate who tells it like it is. I’ve been to Rolex ADs in other countries during my travels who give the nonsense of putting me on their “list” but never hearing from them.
Visiting local Rolex “museums” (I call them museums because there are no products available and all products are “for exhibition only”) is something I do whenever I am traveling and it’s refreshing to deal with people who cut the BS in a very...
