Boat My Paris — Local services in Paris

They were handling our wedding organization. The contact person was hard to reach and the communication was difficult. In the beginning she told us that they can take care of all the services if we want to. We shared our vision right in the beginning. But the months were passing, we would have to wait a long time for a response, and usually it wouldn’t push the matter any further. For example, we were asking for a cake tasting for 4 months. So we decided we will just keep with them only the DJ and catering. And even for the decorations and flowers (that we in the end decided to hire on our own), we limited it as much as possible, so we don’t need to cooperate more with her since it was so hard. Half of that discussions felt like hitting the wall. Many things we had to explain several times, as if the contact didn’t really read the emails. During the event there were multiple issues with both of services that were provided by them, which led to a lot of chaos and we even had to ask for additional hour during the event due to that. Which we were of course charged for. When we complained afterwards, the contact’s response indicated that we are picking the details and it’s not really relevant. Which only adds to the frustration because we spent a lot of time, care and money to make sure everything goes well. All of my family and friends flew from abroad just to attend my wedding. The boat itself and the cruise was great though, the crew was nice and responsive. It’s just that the organization was awful. I feel that event didn’t get attention or care it required and I wish we worked with someone...

I was able to have the most incredible wedding through bateau mon Paris. I’m from the United States and I was hoping to have an amazing and fairly priced wedding in Paris. I worked with Romane for about 11 months and she is hands down the best. She was patient with my millions of questions and was able to organize all my ideas and request over email even with the time change and language barrier. The day of she had everything exactly set up like I envisioned and provided more than I could even ask for. They were flexible and quick to respond. The food was delicious, the drinks were great and the staff was very friendly. I had reached out to several vendors in Paris but I chose Bateau Mon Paris simply from the kindness and transparency...

Que dire ?? Excellent, Magnifique, Merveilleux. En un mot : MAGIQUE 👍 Pour mon mariage une soirée, voire une nuit, qui a débutée à 18H00 pour finir à 3H00. Et pendant ces 9 Heures, pas une seule fausse note. Bravo à tous. Le capitaine, l'équipage, le Barman, le caricaturiste, les serveurs, les cuisiniers (car oui ce sont de vrais cuisiniers), l'accordéoniste, le DJ, bref tout le monde fut attentionné, souriant, disponible et compétent tout au long de la soirée. Un GRAND bravo 👏 ! Le repas (menu gastronomique) fut excellent (l'alcool et le vin fut de ma fourniture) avec une vraie table (nappe et serviette en tissus, petite assiette à pain, 3 verres par personne ...), bref bien loin des traiteurs de buffet. La balade sur la seine et l'escale au port de Debilly, en face la tour Eiffel, furent incroyable et le retour à Bercy de nuit aussi. On avait Paris pour nous tout seul !!! J'ai beau cherché ( et pourtant je suis assez exigeant) je ne trouve aucune fausse note. Tout le monde fut émerveillé et moi le premier. Donc un énorme merci à Anaïs qui a tout organisée et qui a su répondre au moindre de mes désirs et de mes questions et ce, depuis 2 ans suite aux 2 reports dus au Covid. Je ne peux donc que conseiller "Bateau mon Paris" pour vos évènements. Merci encore à tous de m'avoir rempli la tête de tous ces souvenirs...
