Bounce Luggage Storage - Gros-Caillou Rue Malar — Local services in Paris

Paid for storage of bags here and paid before arrival. On arrival, asked by the shop owner to pay him to store the bags despite my booking and showing him the confirmation. On return a few hours later to get my bags, he refused to hand them over unless I paid him a storage fee. I took the bags and walked out. Feedback shared with Bounce. I noticed on return that my bags were held at the back of the shop, not in a secure area. I would not return here or store my bags again at...

We were in a very tough spot late New Year's Eve and had to store a bag. These guys were incredible, very convenient, reassuring, easy to deal with....I cannot say enough, they really saved us. And then, they were open New Year's Day so we get retrieve our stuff before our flight home. They really made what could have been a terrible night for us work out...

Good location; friendly staff. Bags left in open so theoretically anyone can retrieve them by just pointing to them. Not sure about Bounce itself; slow customer service as email's and chats have gone unanswered for weeks - maybe another alternative service...
