The place it’s too dark and the cleaning it’s not perfect , the studio for practice yoga is not clean

Second, the teachers it’s voilence as the last client said it’s true , because each hour each day there are different teachers so they are teachers who is not listening student · for Example : student ask a question ,she Ignored the student’s question , so the student just left .

One client said the Avis in a not nice way which it’s true ! About the during the practice , they are people became victim of several things which was true. That person used a not real name to say what she feel it’s understandable , not everyone want to put their real name on google but the voice from that experience It’s true and I felt the same .

There are mostly teacher when you practice with tthem, you will feel uncomfortable which is not normal, a true yoga teacher it can also make you feel pain and uncomfortable but in a right and good way , there is only one teacher it’s good in that studio I will not say it .

I’ve taken yoga classes at studios in LA, NY, London, all over Paris and around the world. Bar none, Maka is the best teacher I’ve had, if what you’re looking for is that out of body, but at the same time fully in the present, state that a truly great Vinyasa flow can take you to. It’s not hardcore, no pranayama, and if you want to set an intention etc for the practice you’ll have to do it on your own. It’s stripped down: great music, great pacing and always a really great flow. The other teachers at yuj are good, some better than others but to be honest I’ve stopped going to anyone else’s sessions! Maka is the best. Her classes are in French but if you have a basic knowledge of yoga you should be able to follow....

J'aimerais parler de l'envers du décors des studios YUJ, de sa formation de professeurs de yoga, et des différents professeurs. Sachez bien qu'il a toujours la partie visible de l'iceberg (super studio, super profs, super tenues, vraiment le monde des bisinours chez YUJ...) et la partie invisible qui cache bien des choses... Si vous cherchez à prendre des cours de temps en temps, why not, mais si vous cherchez à vous perfectionner dans le yoga (et pourquoi pas devenir professeur) réfléchissez bien avant de vous lancer! En plus d'être chère, la formation ne prends pas tout en compte (comptez environ 100€ d'achats de livres, vous n'aurez que 30h de pratique comprises et devrez payer 20h en plus de votre poche (et vous ferez engueuler si vous êtes + de 2 de la formation dans les mêmes cours car vous prenez la place d'autre clients, mais on est aussi clients quand on a payé pour ces cours non?). La théorie sera enseigné par plusieurs professeurs, tous certifiés bien évidement, certains sont bienveillants, humains, qualitatifs dans leur enseignement, d'autres seront sévères, rigides, malveillants, et parfois même VIOLENTS dans les ajustements (une grave blessure - fracture de d'une côte, a été provoquée durant une session, et sa victime a été interdite de pratiquer durant tout le long de la formation) Pour finir, à l'issu de cette formation, vous aurez acquis certaines bases du yoga Vinyasa, même elles seront très axées YUJ, ce qui ne vous servira pas vraiment si vous n'enseignez pas chez eux (la fondatrice recrute seulement 3/4...
