I saw the Google review here is high so I came in and turns out here is not good at all!!! I did the feet Semi Permanent but not recommended. Lack of skill … and not professional … Maybe other staff are professional but the boy who painted my nails was not professional at all and this is the worst semi permanent I ever had to be honest… And your staff just want to finished me quick so that he can serve the other customers who were already waiting for more than 30mins !!!! And the problem is not the short I am pretty sure now that he didn’t understand what I was talked to him!!!! I told him that he didn’t paint well there were still many empty spaces!!!!!!!!! I don’t want you guys do too think too okay!!and he was the person who cut my nail so that my nails were too short!!! They are very ugly! And he NEVER asked me if everything okay, it was me tell him first and by the time he was already doing the final step!!!!! At the end I gave up because I knew he will never did the nails perfectly so I told you ok because I knew I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN! I can’t believe how can you reply me before knowing...

For someone who wanna have dimple design , it should be ok . To cut the long story short . I went to the shop to make reservation and show them the photo of the design I want . They told me the price to remove plus the new one is 65 euro, I went later . I asked many many times can they do it , they kept telling me yes , no problem!! I told them if they couldn’t do it , I can change to something simple .Then they are not sure what are the colors on the photo , then they don’t have the color , then they still try to paint but fail pretty bad . At the end they said the one who is painting well is not working today !So I told them , please just do something simple . Cause after mistreated . My fingers are painful , when I paid . They wanna charge 65euro . I was upset and complained cause it was not the design I asked for . Amazingly friendly service. Not all the people from the salon spoke English but they had an English speaking girl help me to book my pedicure appointment. She also picked out a super fun hot pink nailpolish for me when I asked her what she would choose for me. My feet were in pretty bad shape from walking bare foot a lot and I had a lot of dry cracked skin. They took their time to ensure I left with smooth feet and beautiful nails, even though I am certain that my appointment cost them more time than scheduled because of this. The price was very affordable, especially considering the time, care & result. I am going back to have a manicure in 2 days, as I am really pleased with the results & kindness...
