Souvenirs of Paris — Local services in Paris

Unfriendliness is written large here. Not to mention that the shop has a great selection, a lot of the products (the same ones) are 50%-100% more expensive than in a souvenir shop 200m away, which, unlike this one, is directly on the Champs-Élysées. So, now to the friendliness of the shopkeeper, which, by the way, decreases the more you buy. Unbelievable, but witnessed. If you haven't chosen a product yet, the very friendly staff will help you find the right one quickly. If you have found a second product, it is snatched right out of your hand and you are forced to pay quickly, even though you haven't even finished yet. Unfortunately, that's how I experienced it. And yes, when you have paid and you don't even get a proper receipt and you might need one with VAT on it, they tell you that there is no such thing in France and that you should leave the shop quickly. And the shop definitely did not manage to hand over an invoice with VAT. Its big advantage in the market, many many one-off customers, may he hopefully not treat them all like me. And don't get ripped off.

It is a bad idea to shop there because Mokran & Farid are not professional at all. They are very aggressive & abusive. They treat very badly, their service is very bad too. No help from those persons in particular they insult you in French front of your face. They shout and ignore you. I had a bad experience overall. Kamal is their best employee. I am an official local tour guide official from Google. I only go there thanks to his kindness and professional manners. Last visit, I was super disappointed and deceived from Mokran hospitality even though they know me very well. I always bring them my friends to buy a piece of gorgeous Paris, but it turned to a nightmare. What a shame!!!!! I highly do not recommend it. This place is a curse for all. Extremely rude experience. I visited the store with my sister. We were in there for two minutes looking at sweatshirts. I pulled one down to look at since that’s the only way I could see what was on the shirt. I was immediately yelled at by an older lady who demanded my size and insisted she’d grab what I needed.
