I’m a bit horrified as I write this review. I have been feeling low thanks to my skin issues and mustered the courage to finally do something about it and went to see a doctor at Skin Marceau named Dr. Stefan. I don’t mind waiting at the clinic as long as my work is done. I explained all my issues to her but didn’t quite seem satisfied with the responses I was getting. Then there was another serious skin issue which she said will be treated later and that I should come again next week. For the rest of the issues I would receive a prescription on doc lib. I don’t have social security so for this I paid 180 €. The prescription was not uploaded even 72 hours after the appointment. I’ve been calling everyday and they make a silly excuse saying oh we don’t know why the doctor hasn’t done it now she’s not going to be in until next week. I even emailed skin Marceau that they didn’t respond to yet, so I’m writing this review to get their attention. I‘ve seen Dr Khamari regarding hypopigmentation on my face and got a prescription. I had insisted on being looked at properly because in the beginning she simply said „I don’t see it“. Once I had asked to kindly analyse my skin again, she then „diagnosed“ it. I had follow up questions whether to use other serum or creams but Dr Khamari was overall very short in her response. I had also expressed my worries, that if the marks don’t dissolve within the month of treatment or get worse, I wouldn’t be willing to pay another 180€ appointment fee again. She told me to contact the clinic in this case. It has now been approximately a month and I‘m unfortunately not happy with the result, in fact I‘m desperate as I don’t know at this point what to do/ what not to use to avoid making the mark appearing worse.
