We were really looking forward to dining here, but unfortunately, the experience fell short from the moment we were seated. The table we were given was clearly more suitable for casual drinks—not for a proper meal. It was awkwardly high, and the seats were extremely low, making it uncomfortable throughout.
The service was also surprisingly poor. Our waitress was dismissive and unhelpful, and when we asked for the check, she told us to use an app instead. The app not only charged a $1 “convenience fee” (which it stated could be avoided by asking staff to pay directly), but also didn’t accept American Express—even though the front door displayed Amex as an accepted payment method. When we brought this up and pointed out the sign, the waitress reluctantly accepted the card. It felt like we were being treated differently, possibly because we’re American, which left a particularly sour impression.
As for the food—it was just okay. Nothing special, and certainly not worth the price given the uncomfortable seating and rude service.
Wouldn’t return or recommend, especially if you value good service and a...
Read moreAvoid! Be careful, you might get burned here!
Since the restaurant doesn’t have a wardrobe (according to the manager), I had to carry my coat into the restaurant hall and left on the back of the sofa, after a few minutes there was a burnt smell and I found that my coat was burning! (see pictures). This begs the question: who thought of putting candles behind visitors’ backs?! It could be the hair of one of your guests! This is just crazy! But that’s half the story; what struck me most was the reaction of the woman from the reception, who began to “solve” the issue, declaring in a rude tone that this situation was not her problem or concern, refusing to introduce herself by name. She also said that she would bring a manager, left, returned and presented herself as “I am the manager.” An absolutely incompetent employee with a disrespectful and rudeness attitude towards the customers! I used to be a frequent guest at this place, but now I won’t set foot there, and I warned all my friends about such a rudeness attitude towards guests and failure to comply with fire safety!
