I recently had an extremely disappointing experience. From start to finish, the visit was a disaster. Food: The food was nothing short of awful. Dishes were either overcooked or undercooked, lacking any sort of flavor or seasoning. What was supposed to be a highlight of the evening turned into a series of unappetizing bites. The presentation was sloppy, and it was evident that no care was taken in the preparation. Service: The service was appalling. The staff was inattentive, rude, and seemed completely uninterested in providing a good dining experience. Orders were mixed up, and when we tried to address the issues, the staff was dismissive and unhelpful. It felt like we were an inconvenience rather than valued customers. Ambiance: The ambiance was equally disappointing. The place was poorly lit, unclean, and lacked any sense of welcoming atmosphere. It was clear that maintenance and cleanliness were not priorities. Overall: I cannot stress this enough—DO NOT EAT HERE. Save your money and your time. There are plenty of other dining options where you will be treated with respect and can enjoy a decent meal. This experience was one of the worst I’ve ever had in a restaurant.

I went to dinner with my partner and we were served by a very nice girl, I don't remember her name but she's Asian. When we finished our dinner I wanted to order the dessert menu and a guy approached and instead of continuing with his task he asked me if I spoke Spanish to which I answered NO, once we wanted to order desserts the guy approached me again and asked me again if I spoke Spanish to which my partner had to answer no and that if not he had anything else to ask if not the same question. When we asked for the bill the same guy came back with our bill and told us to leave a 10% service charge, first the guest is the one who decides whether to leave tips or not but demanding and after making us have a bad time with the same question if I spoke Spanish I still don't understand, I thought some manager was going to apologize for the service but nothing. The food was very good but if there is a waitress serving you let that person finish their section instead of mixing

Worst restaurant or diner I went to on my trip to Paris. This is close by to the Arc de Triomphe. I think they get slammed with so many tourists, it's supper busy and a tourist spot which I'm not a fan of. Went there cause my friend was really hungry and didn't have patience to look for other places and reviews. The food took a long time to come out, they were seating way too many people but short staffed. There was only one guy on our floor taking everyone's order. My friends ordered steak and fries super basic. I ordered the rotisserie chicken, it came really cold like from the refrigerator. I even had the waiter touch it. I wasn't upset at all and he was very nice, he brought out a new one which was hot. And they discounted the bill so I appreciate a business that acknowledges their mistakes. But for the price and food quality, it was an okay place ...diner vibes. Nothing special. I think it's got a good location near Arc de Triomphe that's it .

I really want to give one star, but I'm not a bad person. After looking everywhere in the champ elisee, to find a good place where to eat, me and my boyfriend were quite confident to get inside this brasserie, thinking it would have been nice have a lunch in the centre of champs, also in front of the brasserie there is the new Louis Vuitton shop, so they can't go wrong with anything. Well, first of all not very welcoming as the waiters are very cold and annoying by your presence, secondly all the staff are not professional at all, and their uniform is simply horrific. They wear a white shirt, black trousers and a padded jacket, that is, a sleeveless one on top and I thought: why a waiter wear a jacket in a restaurant as uniform? It is not really a good impression. Thirdly, when we ordered the food we noticed the soft drinks so expensive. A 330cl of coke 7.00 euro or 7.50, while a glass of wine cost less. Is it a joke? Big, huge mistake, I ordered pasta with three cheese and I got past super overcooked, bland and with some cheese on top, plus they added rocket. Rocket on top of pasta? 😅 I gave a try and as soon as I started eating, I felt disgusted and give them the plate back saying that the pasta wasn't good and overcooked. So I ordered the same thing my boyfriend ordered, and it was ok, not bad. It was meat with fries and peppercorn sauce, but the sauce wasnt too warm. After that I notice that the waiter was telling to the other waiter and the manager that I sent back the pasta, because I saw them laughing and then point the finger on me, while the manager constantly looked at us with a no pleasant face. I work in a restaurant too, but in a good restaurant with a good reputation and a good customer service, plus I'm Italian and if you don't know the basic of the food, it is better to shut the restaurant!!! In total we paid around 50 euros or so, and for what we got and the quality of the food, the bad customer service, the lack of interest in serving and solve problem to customer, I shouldnt have paid. Also in terms of 'hygene' is not the best. I left the restaurant saying to one of the waiter downstairs: can I give you my personal opinion? Change chef! But I should have said to close the...

The worst experience i ve ever had. The restaurant seemed ok at first. We were six people at the table. It was a storm so the terrace wasn t full. The food came very quick, but the steak came with hair on the plate. We ask the waiter to change it. Our small kids came with my brother after we already ordered, so they sit at an empty table. One aggressive member of the staff told us that the kids cannot stay at that table because they are not eating. I didn t see any banner there, that you are allowed in only if you are eating, but we ordered them 2 bottles of water, so we could finish our meal. The aggressive member of staff told us that she cannot keep the table occupied with 2 bottles of water, but the check for our table was 200 euros. Offcourse we lost our apetite in this conditions( probably we should leave the kids at the door) we asked for the check and left. I asked to see the manager. All the staff was laughing at us i don t know what was so funny. I explain the situation to the manager and his answer after my explanations was that he doesn t understand english😂 and told the waiter in french : close the subject, say i am sorry and finish this. From my point of view not an attitude for a manager( if he really was the manager) Offcourse the laughing continued after we left. Because i am working in the same branch i can understand that you want to serve as many clients as you can, but since you have empty tables and don t have a line outside, this is a very disgusting...

Got robbed in this restaurant. DO NOT GO. A tourist trap and scam, we barely made it from the table to the toilette when it seems my wallet had fallen out at the table. I had just used it to pay. Therefore, Either a bus boy, staff or customer stole and they all sat back and watched. Even if the staff won't steal from you, they obviously encourage thieves and scammers.

I not exaggerating or placing blame foolishly when I say I had only gone to the bathroom when the table was cleared on the wallet gone. We were sat on the second floor, there was no way someone could've wandered in an stolen it. I am very cautious, though I know Paris is just a place for theives I never expected to be robbed by the very staff and or patrons at a restaurant on one of the most prestigious landmarks in Paris. Might as well have eaten on the street, wants the point of paying to eat when you can not trust the safety of an establishment. Disgraceful. Not that they care the manager stood staring on, catching flies. Even in America you can expect not be robbed while you eat your dinner. This is a new low.

If that doesn't do it for you the food wasn't even worth. The steak was so over cooked I heard it begging for death again. Underseasoned, unsafe unhelpful and ...
