Wanna thank Sayoko🥰 for making the experience at Dior such a Beautiful n Warm memory. Her professionalism and enthusiasm were absolute Joy for us 👍🏻 A breathe of fresh air in Paris.

Now comes the Negative feedback. Next day, we went back to get another bag. Sayoko made arrangements for us to be taken care of as she it was her off day. Ismail and Mayola served us. They are ok. Usual coffee and sparkling water… It’s not a big deal for cards to max out in Paris. There’s always a way to make payment, if we really want to get the items. What’s offensive is the way the Cashier TORE UP the receipt, when transactions didn’t go through. She did it with such RUDE gesture. That was UNNECESSARY!! Of course we managed to settle as there’s always couple of cards hidden deep in the wallets! Few hours later, when we returned to collect the bag, Mayola was serving other customers. She asked us to wait. During the 40 mins wait, there were so many available staff walking around, standing around gossiping…. But nobody came over to help! Mayola was still unable to attend to us, she then asked a Chinese colleague to help. Wow! This staff was totally UNPROFESSIONALLY and a Git!

When she tried to put the box on the floor, I was SHOCKED!! I immediately told her NOT to do that and that we should go to a table. She said “It’s ok, I show you….” She then opened the box on the floor and tried to take out the bag! Again I said “Don’t do this on the floor!! Again she said “it’s ok, can do here”😡 At this point, I was really upset and stopped her and INSISTED that she place it on a table. Only then, did she do so. All these whiles, I noticed many staff, some Managers were watching. But nobody did ANYTHING!!

*Was she just dumb? *Was she new? *Was she rushing because she doesn’t get commission? *Managers didn’t bother to do anything because we didn’t speak French?

As for this Dior. DON’T ever present products on the Floor! It’s Cheap! It’s Stupid! It’s Insulting!

I’ve been wanting a mini Lady Dior and was planning to buy it when I visit Paris. I stepped into this store to see the selection while sightseeing with my family and was in a bit of a hurry. I was with my mom. We were minding our own business trying to decide which bag I want. The store was nearly empty and the desperate employees watching us like hyenas and constantly harassing me if I need help or have any questions. I hate the haggling- I just want peace and quiet so I can look and make a decision. There was one male employee in particular that was following my every move…

I picked up one bag and then another to compare how much heavier the ostrich skin was to the regular quilted leather. When I put back the other bag it wouldn’t sit flat, and fell off the shelf. The creepy male employee ran up to me and SNATCHED the bag from my hand VIOLENTLY and picked up the one that fell and screamed at me “miss Please! Please!” Insinuating he doesn’t want me to touch the bags??? I do know how you want me to buy a bag if I can’t feel it and look inside???? Do you as a man even understand what women look for in a bag? Or maybe you are lazy and don’t want to adjust the display so you getting mad people touch the product??? The display bags are last to sell and they are meant to be touched- sorry it wouldn’t sit flat on the shelf and fell by itself after I put it back. What do you want me to do?

I was so shocked and offended by the treatment from employee that makes less in one year than I make in a month. We immediately slowly made our way out the store trying not to cause the scene I really wanted to make, but did not want to stress my mom. I lost all my mood for shopping. Luckily heading to Italy where they are much nicer. Bye!!!!
