An absolute gem. Amazing in every way. Perfect location right a few steps to champs Élysée. Beautiful property, new, belle époque design, boutique. Most important, Marvellous customer care. All staff absolutely phenomenal, courteous and warm. First, we were warmly welcomed by Jolie at check in. Most seem less check in, ushered us to our beautiful upgraded corner suite perfection. Concierge Fredric booked wonderful dinner for us. Not to mention, our most favorite mixologist barman , Mr. Patel, who made us the most perfect cafe espressos and most amazing cocktail concoction with a side of wonderful conversation and smile. The hammam sauna is just perfect for some relaxation after long day of walking and shopping. We have been to Paris many times and have stayed at Le Crillon and Mandarin and honestly, I would most happily stay at this boutique gem every time over others just for the wonderful human connection and warm hospitality.

Absolutely amazing service! From Abraham at the front desk helping me plan out my trip and booking me the most wonderful tours of Notre Dame and the Louve to George our bartender for our stay taking his time to make us specialty drinks based on what we like. These too where phenomenal and they took there time to get to know us and help us figure out what we want to get the most of our time in Paris. I have traveled quite a bit and customer service of this quality is hard to find.

We stayed at this boutique hotel in Paris for a week. The location is convenient — close to metro stations, shopping, and dining options. We booked a junior suite, which, while well furnished, still felt quite cramped — not surprising for Paris, but worth noting.

Though the hotel is affiliated with Hilton, its operations feel outdated and in need of modernization. As Hilton Gold members, we got complimentary continental breakfast with our booking. Unfortunately, claiming it became an ordeal: the café staff insisted (repeatedly) that we weren’t eligible; and eventually it took a trip to the front desk who also initially insisted we weren’t eligible then suddenly figured out we wereq Gold status. Breakfast service was consistently slow and appeared understaffed — from waiting to be seated to delays in fulfilling orders.

We also noticed a lack of consistency in the hotel staff, with different faces each day and a general absence of warm, personalized interaction. In some cases, staff seemed either undertrained or bureaucratic. One particularly frustrating experience was with a delivery from a nearby designer boutique. The hotel had clearly received the item, and it was labeled with our name and room number. Yet, the front desk staff initially refused to release it, claiming it would’ve already been placed in our room. When we pointed out the large bag with the name of the store we made the purchase, he seemed to look at the bag and said it was not ours. After checking the room and returning to the desk, it took prolonged discussion before they finally acknowledged the bag we earlier pointed out was ours (with our name and room number clearly on the bag several places). The whole interaction felt needlessly bureaucratic — and, candidly, left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome.

That said, a highlight of our stay was the short-haired woman working at the bar in the evenings. She was an absolute delight — warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. Her customer service stood out, and she even remembered I liked the chocolate there and kindly gave me extra.

Given the many options in Paris, we won’t be returning to this property. While the location and the exceptional bar staff were bright spots, the overall experience fell short — especially for a hotel at this price point and tied to an...

……No words… where should I start with our stay at this “Hotel”. BEWARE ACTIVELY AND PRIOR TO BOOKING THIS HOTEL.

-First off I would like to notate that we are no strangers to delicate situations & hotels. We understand things happen and we have been all over the world and any other hotel would have made an attempt to make things right.

The connstruction outside will keep you awake during all hours of the night including the view of it. (when you think traveling to Paris and staying at a 5 star hotel is this. You’re wrong. This is the worst construction I’ve ever seen in my life pinging all hours of the night & even after you’ve taken a long journey flight. You expect to get settled in your room to know PEACE & VACATION.

Not the case here. You will be reluctant to have booked your stay here.

Last but not least the staff besides a select few are absolutely awful, they walk in your room unannounced (Yes even when a DND sign is on the door) the staff does not have a single clue what they are doing in terms of pre warning people of common decency and communication.

We had booked a Superior room & Base room. Two seperated rooms for our parents and us on our Birthday trip & traveling 15+ Hours one way to stay at this Wonderful hotel …..far from actually. Frankly, I don’t have the time to explain in detail all the lies the staff told us and our experience of what happened our stay.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone; it’s a waste of money; time & stress. There’s many other boutique hotels on 8th street & this would be the one you want to avoid most of all!!!

You will absolutely regret coming here, they make zero effort into insuring your stay is satisfying and or even making an effort to Make it better, in any way if possible

WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY…..

Sincerely,

-a family of very...

My recent stay at Château Des Fleurs was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm smiles and impeccable service that set the tone for the entire visit. The location is perfect, offering easy access to Paris’s main attractions while still providing a tranquil escape from the city's hustle and bustle.

The rooms are a blend of elegance and comfort, thoughtfully designed with luxurious details that make you feel at home. I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel, from the stylish décor to the high-quality amenities provided. The common areas are equally stunning, offering cozy spots to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings.

The staff at Château Des Fleurs truly go above and beyond to ensure every guest has a memorable experience. They are attentive, helpful, and genuinely care about making your stay as pleasant as possible. Whether you need assistance with restaurant recommendations or arranging transportation, they handle everything with a smile and efficiency.

Overall, Château Des Fleurs is a gem that I cannot recommend highly enough. It offers a perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. I am already looking forward to my next stay and would encourage anyone visiting Paris to book a room here—you will not be...
