PC OKAY — Local services in Versailles

Wasted 1 month and gave me back my laptop which was not fixed. Gave them back my laptop and they said it will take 1 more month and even after that they are not sure if it will be fixed. Complete waste of time and effort. They are poor at communicating what the problem is. Only if you call repeatedly and ask what is the problem and when I will get my laptop back they will answer. Wasted 35 euro and 1 month and 4 visits to their shop for nothing.

Service sérieux et transparent; délai respecté. Mon écran cassé devait être remplacé , NET S GO m'a fait un devis de réparation que j'ai accepté , le lendemain, ils m'on rappelé pour m'informer que mon PC était prêt suite au remplacement de l'écran, mais qu il avait un autre problème du disque qui était endommagé j'étais un peu surpris ils m'ont expliqué que c'était probablement du à un choc , effectivement mon PC a chuté, c'est alors qu'ils m'ont proposé un changement de disque et m'ont proposé un devis avec 30 % de remise et m'ont expliqué que lorsqu'il y a une double panne, ils proposaient cette remise c'est plutôt rare et très professionnel ; j'ai accepté le devis et j'ai récupéré mon Asus comme neuf le jour même ça m'a évité d'acheter un neuf ; toutes mes données ont été récupérées sous Windows 10.
