I always have shop here, since the shop opened and except for a few issues everything always went great. Since a year ago I haven’t shop anymore as I move out of Berlin and seems the service went south during this time.

Last week I decided to order some food for my birthday, I had a lot of friends coming and wanted to serve some Latin food so I ordered with a week in advance to make sure the food was on time even when on their website says they delivery from 3-4 working days. Is more than a week and not only have they not answer the chat they have on their website, they haven’t answer my calls, beside the first one I made (even when shown as online in WhatsApp) they also haven’t answer my messages via WhatsApp, neither my emails.

A guy answered me only one call, the first one I made and said to send him my name so he could check what happened, I send him my information and until now not more responses. Don’t waste your time with this store, better to buy in the other good options there are in Berlin. I live far away, is more than an hour and a half to get to the shop and I’m 8 months pregnant that’s why I decided to order online but next time I will just go to other of the Latin shops.

I will update if he decides to at least give me my money back but for the moment doesn’t seems he have any...

Very disappointed. I did an online order and weeks passed without receiving any update about when I was going to receive the products. After some other weeks passed I sent an email asking about my order and nobody replied.

I finally found a phone number to call and a woman answered to told me they had problems with the platform, and that the products I ordered where not available so they where going to send me a refund that same week. Days passed and guess what? I didn't receive my money back.

I called again the following week and the same woman told me she was very sorry, asked me for my bank details and told me she was going to make the refund. Never happened. I have been sending them messages through WhatsApp, they read them but then nothing, they don't even have the consideration to give me an answer.

After giving them many chances to do the right thing, I decided to go to the authorities to...

Please stop offering package services. Your opening hours (10 a.m. – 4 p.m.) make it impossible for working people to pick up their parcels. They don’t match the times provided by UPS or DPD, and on top of that, you sometimes close for several days without notice. There are plenty of other shops and Spätis that stay open longer and handle packages reliably. This setup is extremely inconvenient and frustrating.
