Visiting from the US and wanted to bring home a stein, but didn’t want to purchase a generic one from a gift shop. I got a recommendation from a local to check out some flea markets in the city. I chose this one as it was closest to where I was staying. There is a huge selection of items (glassware, vases, utensils, plates, jewelry, knick knacks, art, clothing, etc). Read moreWe visited the Berliner Trödelmarkt on a hot day and still really enjoyed it. There’s an impressive variety of jewelry, porcelain, and glassware for sale, plus plenty of other vintage finds. Prices range from cheap to definitely overpriced, so be ready to haggle—most vendors expect it.
It’s split between more antique/art-style pieces and classic flea market goods. There are food and drink stands nearby, and you can always escape into Tiergarten for some shade after browsing.

Was one of the things I was really looking forward to so my average score is more reflective of the disappointment of not getting to it which really is not a fair reflection of the market.
