2 consecutive years of awful experiences from this university's administration. Politely asked and noted to be spoken to in English, but I was called by a person who doesn't understand a single "hello" in English. Waited 20 full minutes on the line for a call after being redirected, just for the other person to say "Hello" once and hang up. I did not have a proper conversation with them in the end, nor did they call back.

Last year, I was convinced by the administration that I was going to receive a scholarship until the official enrolment, when I had to put in an unnecessary amount of effort into emailing and calling them from a foreign country, only to be told that "there were no scholarships left available for my programme". By the way, those calls alone left me with a phone bill of over 200€. Thanks for nothing, this university is a waste of time and money. Rather put some effort into getting...

The admissions team, especially Mr. Mohit Bansal and Ms. Anna Di Giacomo, were very responsive, professional, and supportive. Every time I had a question about my application or documents, I received clear and timely guidance. This made the whole process much smoother and less stressful.
