I absolutely love shopping at Loom. It's a fantastic destination for all your retail needs. The mall offers a wide variety of stores, ranging from high-end fashion brands to cozy boutiques, ensuring there's something for everyone.

The layout is spacious and well-organized, making it easy to navigate from one store to another. Plus, the mall has plenty of seating areas and cafes where you can take a break and recharge between shopping sprees.

The staff are always friendly and helpful, and I've consistently had positive experiences whenever I've needed assistance.

Parking is convenient, and the mall is easily accessible by public transportation, making it a convenient option for shoppers from all over the city.

The mall is nicely decorated, eye shooting architect, neat & clean and the most amazing thing is the location. It is situated in the heart of Bielefeld, 5/6 minutes from central station. You will find c&a, H&M, Zara, NewYorker, P&C, Woolworth and all the familiar shop nearby. In the Christmas the mall is nicely decorated with beautiful and colourful light.

The parking lot is big and price is reasonable.

There are some problems also, it is so crowdy and noisy. The lift is always busy, and you have to wait long time for lift, if you have Wheel chair or kinder stroller. They have only 2 lift, and...

Das Loom ist eine klassische Mall, also ein Einkaufszentrum, mit Läden, Gastronomie und Service. Auf vier Ebenen bekommt man fast alles, was man brauch, sofern man keine Elektro- oder Computerläden sucht. In um die 100 Geschäften findet man Kleidung, Schmuck, Parfüm, Spielwaren, reisebüros, Friseur, Nagelstudio, Drogeriemarkt, Lebensmittel und mehr. Hat man Hunger, so gibt es eine Vielzahl von Imbissen wie KFC, ein chinesisches Restaurant, Eiscafe, Bäckerei, bis hin zum japanischen Fließband-Restaurant mit kühlen und warmen Speisen für 1€ pro Teller bzw einem all you can eat zb für 7€ pro halbe Stunde. Damit man sich zurechtfindet, gibt es einen großen Touchscreen am Eingang, wo man Läden suchen kann und per virtuellem Rundgang den Weg dorthin gezeigt bekommt. Zusätzlich gibt es noch Loom Lagepläne zum mitnehmen. Besonders nett, sind die vielen Bänke und Sessel im Stil der 70er Jahre mi Ohrensesseln und Lampen mit Ringschirm, wo man sich entspannen kann, nebenbei das Handy oder Laptopaufläd (sofern man ein Kabel dabei hat). Überall befinden sich dafür Steckdosen mit USB Steckbuchse. In der Coca Cola Lounge stehen sogar mehrere Massage-Sessel, die man gegen Münzgeld nutzen kann, während Automaten einen mit Snacks und Getränken versorgen. Es gibt auch an der info Handyladestationen, wo man bis zu 2 Geräte anschließen kann, während man im Loom unterwegs ist, wobei das Handy dann in einer Art Schließfach steckt (siehe Bild). Für Tablets ist das Fach aber zu klein. Die Gutscheine, die man an der Info bekommt, beginnen bei 10€ und sind dann in 5€ Schritten erweiterbar. Mit diesem Gutschein kann man dann in jedem Geschäft im Loom einkaufen. Zum Loom gibt es aber auch einen Stern-Abzug und zwar beim Bereich mobile Daten. Das Loom bietet ein kostenloses Wlan an, welches aber begrenzt ist auf eine bestimmte Menge pro Tag, danach wirft das System einen aus dem Wlan und meint, man solle es morgen erneut versuchen. Ich habe keine Ahnung wieviel Volumen man hat, aber ich flog nach einigen WhatsApp Bildern raus, dürften dann wohl so 100 mb sein, sofern mein Gerät keine Apps aktualisiert hat. Normal nicht schlimm, da ich ja noch Mobilfunk habe, das aber auch unbrauchbar war, da ich statt 4G nur E(dge) Empfang hatte und da konnte ich nicht mal ein Bild in WhatsApp schicken. Das brauch auf jeden Fall eine Überarbeitung, da sonst die Wegführung über hausinterne Navigation wohl nicht richtig geht..
