I wanted to use a coupon in the app. I never figured out how to use a coupon and I decided to try. but the lady cashier was not capable of fulfilling this very simple and justifiable request. It’s of course okay, if you are new and not familiar with the process. I mean it’s also all new for me and I’m learning hard how to live in Germany. But why must make this super impatient, annoyed, snobbish face to let me know how much you were disgusted by me. I mean, for what??? She kept me waiting for long time and the customers behind me all got disappointed. I feel sorry for them, but I have to remind myself and your staff, that it’s not me who’s making the trouble here. I was patiently waiting, quietly, until she finally got some help and sorted it out and I said thank you to the staff and sorry to the next one in line. but the real person who needs to say sorry is she. Ah oh, that word does not seem to exist in...

Part of the Niemerszein chain of Edekas, this is a store that feels a bit left over through the years. It clearly caters to an affluent demographic. It’s quite small and can feel a bit cramped. There is a butchers section where you can pick out fresh meats. The fruit and veggie section is mostly good. Milk products and yogurts are limited to a smaller than usual selection. Due to this being an older shop, it feels tiny in comparison to larger and more modern stores. They might try to modernize at some point, but at the moment it’s a small selection of everything fitted into the space that was available.

I like the fact that it’s right in the center of Rothenbaum and easily accessible.

Einige Mitarbeiterinnen hier sind extrem unfreundlich und asozial.

Während der letzten 3 Jahren hat eine Kassiererin hier mir wirklich NIE Hallo und Tschüss gesagt, obwohl ich Hallo sage.

Ich war bei der Abteilung, die Glühbirne und Papierbecher neben der Lagertür sind. Vom Lager hat eine Mitarbeiterin mir "Nihao" mit total spöttischem Ton gesagt, gelächelt und ist ins Lager weggegangen. Selbstverständlich war das keine Begrüßung sondern einfach eine Belästigung. Sowas merkt man sofort. (FYI: Ich bin zwar Asiat aber kein Chinese.😑)

Am anderen Tag hatte ich an der Kasse eine Ikea-Tasche dabei und wollte gleich bezahlen. Die Kassierin hat mir gesagt, dass ich meine Ikea-Tasche ausleeren und drin zeigen muss. Sowas habe ich nie erlebt in meinem Leben und Deutschland. Man könnte dann vermuten, dass ich vielleicht zweifelhaft aussehe. Es ist etwas komisch online zu erklären, wie ich aussehe, aber ich würde sagen, dass ich ziemlich normal aussehe. Sogar sie kennt mich bestimmt, weil ich damals fast jeden Abend nach der Arbeit hier eingekauft habe. Der auffallende Unterschied des Aussehens zwischen die meisten Kunden hier und ich wäre, dass ich nicht weiß bin?

Ich hoffe, dass diese ganze Erfahrungen kein Rassismus sind, sondern nur asoziale und dumme Persönlichkeit......

Daher checke ich immer, bevor ich zur Kasse gehe, welche Kassiererin an der Kasse sitzt, wenn die unfreundliche Person da ist, gehe ich irgendwo zu andere Kasse, wo die andere normale Mitarbeiter sitzen.

Hier sieht man schon viele schlechte Bewertungen wegen der unhöflichen Mitarbeiter. Die Personalabteilung muss das ernst nehmen und unbedingt etwas damit machen. Leider in den letzten Jahren ist es nichts geändert.

Zum Glück habe ich andere bessere Supermärkte in der Nähe gefunden. Obwohl ich dahin etwas weiterlaufen muss, gehe ich gerne dazu, weil ich da keine Sorge vor der schlechten Behandlung haben muss.

Trotzdem ist es sehr schade und traurig, dass ich keine nette Nachbarschaft haben kann wegen der Kassieren, die immer ohne Grund die Kunden so...
