Panoramic beach cove - visit is a must!!! Extensive sandy beach with sectioned areas of sunbeds (5 euros for the day). Crystal clear sea which can have strong high waves (great for surfing, paddle boarding etc) Beach restaurant close by and you can order from the beach, delivery is by staff on quad bikes. We ate at the restaurant and found the service prompt and efficient despite reading previous bed reviews. The idea is if you want service to summon one if the staff not to just sit and wait for them to attend you as this is not the Greek way. Remember socialising and food go together!! We didn't stay till late however I am assured that the sunset on this beach is to die for so if you have the chance...

Good place with easy access. The beach beds(pair) with a sun umbrella cost 12€ in the front and 10€ in the 2nd and third row. (Large beach area). On the very right beach side they cost 8€.

The main beach has the possibility to order food and drinks which will be brought by quad to you. It can be loud at times to hear the engine. Possibility of changing clothes, free parking and toilets and an open shower are here.

Water and beach quality is awesome. You can swim out far and it doesn't get too deep. On some days it can get windy and very wavy. Loads of fun then, however less swimming.

4 stars because it doesn't have the special something compared to balos or elafonissi. It can get windy and if the waves are high on that day, then no swimming out far but just a fun day fighting he waves. Might not be everyones...

Sat at beach bar had few drinks and good food... Spent a small fortune to then be faced with a rude man on a quad bike sati g if you don't want food and you won't pay 8 euros for a sunbed then "you need to move, you understand English"... When we said we had been earlier in the week and not charged he said "you came when it was raining then".... Hmmmm us brits like the sun we wouldn't lie in the rain.

I have always come to Greece but this trip to Kissamos and surrounding areas has changed my mind completely... Can't wait to get home and book somewhere wherewe will be appreciated as paying customers and fellow...
