We rented 2 quads 200kcm. Finally we got 300kcm quads. 🙂 We got very kind services. We have communicated with Albatros via Whatsapp fluently. We got reactions within very short time. They brought the quads close to the place where we have stayed and they were very flexible with the drop off site. We droped them off at the airport at the place discussed in advance which was in 2 min walk from the airport gate. The guy who handed over the quads to us was very friendly, kind and very patient!!! Thank you!!! Teresa was also very kind in the center when communicating via Whatsapp. The quads were in good shape and worked properly. We went around the north part of the island. initially very friendly staff but after making a reservation it changed, probally reservation and payment does not mean something for them. After the reservation, the day we should pick up the 2 quads/ATV’s they were suddenly rented to someone else. We had a little chat with some people in our hotel, they told us that they rented some ATV’s at the same day at the same rental-shop. They paid more money than we did, thats why they got the ATV’s they told us at the rental-shop, that also got confirmed by the friendly people in our hotel. After that disappointment we were very sad, but the worst thing was they did not had anny service or an other option. The staff did not act professional, also a bit sanguineous.
