Brunton Heights Executive Suites — Hotel in Bengaluru

I am a professional traveler for business, I have stayed in hotels all over the world. The service here is the best I’ve ever experienced, and I’ve paid 15 times more per night, I kid you not.

Please note how old the negative reviews are, at least three years since a bad one, most around five years ago.

The owner of the property is often on site right off the lobby with his door open, greeting guests, and making sincere inquiries. That’s the owner, not the manager (who is also great). A true gentleman.

They always remember my name, the front desk is very professional. Once, when I asked about the street food down the road, they said it was “clean and tasty“. When I went over to try it, it was crowded, but next thing I know, one of the staff is behind me and elbows through to place my order for me and be sure I got value and exactly what I ordered. Without me even asking!

Another time I was dehydrated after a long, hot walk. One of the staff walked three blocks to get me a fresh coconut, that did the trick. :-)

brought me a microwave, cot, extra desk, high capacity extension cord, extra fan, hot plate, pots, and pans, all for free.

Customized my coffee order, extra strong way I like it, and remember every morning.

Reasonably quiet neighborhood, especially for Bangalore. I was hearing a bit of traffic at peak hours from the balcony, so they moved me to the top floor, again free.

High-quality double pane glass windows, almost soundproof inside.

lots of trees, gorgeous neighboring property with lemons, avocados, mangoes, and a rooftop garden. The gardener waves at me every morning when I’m having my coffee on the balcony.

Fantastic restaurants within walking distance, the best I’ve had in India, and this is my 84th trip.

Saved the highlight for last. The housekeeping and delivery services are run by Suni, extremely well trained, polite, good sense of humor. The most thorough and organized I have ever ever seen. hear the Knock on the door and six guys come in, sweep, mop, squeegee the rain Off the balcony, scrub the rails, wash the windows and the mirror, scrub the toilets, new towels, wash dishes, all in seven minutes. I timed them.

As soon as my year-round, visa is approved I am going to sign a long-term lease, not even gonna look any place else. I know I sound like a commercial, I rack my brain for something negative to balance the review, a little, I couldn’t think of anything! Maybe the floors are a little slippery when they’re wet? I don’t leave very many reviews, I’m a tough customer, but this is the best lodging experience I’ve ever had.

This is a wonderful little boutique hotel that is centrally located in the main business hub of Bangalore. The rooms are well decorated, spacious, airy, and clean. A delicious Indian breakfast is included in the room tariff, which is served in the room. Unlimited coffee and tea is available in the room and a bar fridge to house your additional food and drinks. We stayed in a suite, which was perfect for three travellers. The service and staff here are polite, efficient and ready to assist you whenever you need it. The hotel does not have a full-fledged restaurant per say but you have the option of ordering a simple but tasty Indian meal in the evening, or dining at Portland Steak House which is attached to the hotel, or ordering food delivery with one of the food delivery apps. If you require an Uber or Ola the hotel can call up and arrange this for you, and you can pay the service cash when you reach your destination. Very very clean space, spacious rooms, very friendly polite and helpful staff, very accommodating and helpful reception and management esp. Mr.Vinyas and Mr. Umesh. Simple bfast with not much option.a/c cools well but constantly dripping water.mini fridge not much working bathroom very nice and clean.sofa bed was not present as per room description. When we requested for it, they brought us a mattress with bedding and placed it on the floor.this was our main disappointment for this nice place. Thankgod I had to sleep only 2 nights on the floor even though it's raining in blr.pictures attached.early checkin was available at a very reasonable rate of half day. Swimming pool pictures are nice, but not functional due to covid so donot count on that. Rooms have a small nice balcony with chairs.good location. Definitely good option within budget...
