Giani's icecream — Local services in Delhi

I have been a regular customer at Gianis since last 12+ years. They offer great ice creams. The best thing about Gianis is that they not only have exotics flavors but they also make breathtakingly amazing sundaes. I recently had one of their kuch nahi Sundaes and it was awesome. The place for dessert s is Gianis. Located on main jail road this place you can find lot of variety of sweets. In summers they have wide range of ice cream and kulfis and in winter's they serve hot Gulab jamun and moong dal halwa. I like kulfi and moong dal halwa. You must try once to satisfy your taste buds. The guys have a lot of variety of ice-creams and a wide range of flavors are available to explore. Also, the prices of the flavors are optimum. I suggest everyone to go with family & friends, place is clean, spacious Parking is available Few sitting arrangements are also available Mostly people collect and move Its a brand hence quality n taste must be good Go n taste. Tutti fruity Sundae was nice with great mix of flavors. It tasted a bit too sweet and we added roasted nuts on top. The cold coffee is one of the best I have had. It's a must try.The place is quite spacious. Nice place to visit. Ice-creams tastes amazing. Highly recommended and must try Choco almond fudge. Amazing place for some quality time with friends and family. Unhygienic setting, rude store manager and bland flavours. And the biggest bummer, their price distribution for scoops. A single scoop would cost you ₹95 whereas, a double would cost you ₹250. Isn't that pretty uneven? The store manager aka staff were not welcoming and polite. A staff of any store represents a lot more than the actual products do. I know someone might be having a bad day but simply shoving a grumpy face upon you isn't accepted. Anyways, it's not worth your time or money. Yesterday evening, I visited the shop and was disappointed by the staff’s behavior. The employees appeared sleepy and discourteous, and one was even chewing gutka. I had gone to buy ice creams for my family, but the staff member handling orders seemed completely uninterested in assisting. At one point, he even tossed aside an incorrectly served scoop in frustration.

When I raised concerns about this attitude, neither the staff nor the supervisor showed any sense of apology or responsibility.
