The waffle company jail road can be spotted easily when there but the parking can become an issue on a busy day.

Service : The staff is polite and friendly and on their toes most of the time. Orders are delivered quickly if the place is not crowded.

Ambiance : There is not much place to accommodate people. A table outside and one inside is all they have. Table inside the store can accommodate 3 people whereas the one outside can accommodate 4. No standing table is present.

Food : Waffles and pancakes are delicious. Although the menu shows crepes they are not always available. All white waffle is a must try. Strawberry waffle is not necessarily strawberry, just a couple of strawberries around the waffle with chocolate syrup(try to avoid it). Waffles and pancakes are extremely good, it would not be an understatement to say they are the best in the locality. Ice cream served along the pancakes does not match the taste of the pancakes. It's neither creamy nor soft. Mostly people leave the ice cream in their plate. Although it does it's part and provides the flavor, it's just that, a creamier and softer ice cream would have improved the experience.

Price : Prices are a little more than you would expect. I believe that a place that does not offer seating or a nice quiet ambiance, should not be that expensive.

RECENTLY I VISITED THE WAFFLE CO OF TILAK NAGAR .. First , If I talk About the food , it's superb, fresh and delicious. I ORDER BLUEBERRY WAFFLE , THE TASTE IS ACTUALLY WORTH BUYING , ESPECIALLY THEIR ROCKY ROAD SUNDAE IS THE BEST ... THE TOPPING AND THE ICECREAM LAYER , EVERYTHING IS WELL PLATED AND DRESSED ..

BUT IF I TALK ABOUT THEIR MANAGEMENT AND HOSPITALITY ITS EXTREMELY POOR.. PEOPLE INSIDE THE STORE CAN'T EVEN STAND PROPERLY ,,, AND WE HAD RESERVATIONS FOR 2 PERSON , SO WHEN I ASK THE STAFF FOR 2 TABLE , THEY WERE LIKE SORRY MAM BUT WE CAN'T VACATE THE PLACE ,PEOPLE WERE ALREADY SITTING THERE.. AND THE PEOPLE WHO WERE SITTING AT OUR TABLE , THEY HADN'T EVEN PLACED THEIR ORDER .. THEY WERE JUST SITTING FOR FUN... WHEN I TOLD ONE OF THE STAFF GUY , TO VACATE THE PLACE HE WAS LIKE , MAM WE CAN'T DO ANYTHING, IT'S NOT IN OUR HAND.. I WAS LIKE, WHAT IS THIS BEHAVIOUR, IF SOMEONE MADE THE RESERVATION THEN IT'S YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO GIVE THEM WHAT THEY WANT ,... THEY ARE NOT EVEN PROVIDING TAKEWAY SERVICE THEY WERE LIKE ,, WE DON'T HAVE ANY CARRY BAGS AND PACKING MATERIAL SO IT CAN'T BE POSSIBLE .. A GUY ORDERED SOMETHING AND HE REQUESTED THEM TO PACK HIS ORDER , BUT THEY HAVE THE SAME REPLY , OUR PACKING MATERIAL IS OUT OF STOCK .. NEITHER THEY ARE PROVIDING GOOD SERVICES NOR THEY ARE GIVING...

Isolated showers after so long demanded for a treat to tastebuds so planned visiting this not so easily visible dessert eatery.

Located right opposite to Manjeet Chicken Corner on Jail Road, the place has a concise menu with drool-worthy delicacies.

Classics are never disappointing so tried the Nutella one which was just awesome, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Quite impressed with the Nutella one, went for their signature TWC SPECIAL on staff’s recommendation. I have no regrets, crushed brownie as a filling in a waffle is a brilliant idea.Topped with chocolate sauces and scoop of vanilla ice-cream made me ask for no-more!

Also tried silk chocolate shake from their thick shakes section and to be honest, shakes are not extra-ordinary and stand nowhere in comparison to their waffle preparation standards.
