I recently had the pleasure of organizing a baby shower for a client at Bellasen Bistro, and the experience was absolutely delightful!

Pros:

The atmosphere of resturant is good Freshness in their soups is upto the mark Drinks are very good in taste. Ambience was quite good (not the best) Staff is also quite welcoming and approachable. Food presention was good but unwanted strong colours added which will stain your hands if you touch it by mistake.

Cons:

They've added service tax in my bill which is illigal. They removed it once I declined to pay so in one go. They didn't argue. But you need to be aware of this things that none of the restaurants can force you to pay the service charges. It's upto the customer if they like the service they can go for it but surely its not compulsory. I've ordered their grill chicken breast and it was one of the worst chicken breast I've ever had in my life. It was dry, chew, not seasoned well, non marinated, and it was rock solid. (If you're going bellasen and if you would like to order the grill chicken breast, I'll request you to bring your saw or for more convenience chain saw for smooth cutting and slicing experience. We've also ordered their veg dim sums and it cost 375 + tax. For 5 pieces. And trust me you can go to any street momo vendor, and their momo will taste 100000x times better than their dim sums. It was sweet🤷🤷🤷. How on earth some can make their dim sum SWEETTTTTTTT???? They didn't added any sugar but I think that might be their chef satued the vegitables until they caramelized. Which made the dim sum sweet. We've also tried their Basil Spaghetti. In which I was getting a just touch of a basil's taste. Probably their forgot to add the basil in basil spaghetti 😬.

Overall I'll personally not go the restaurant...

The worst restaurant i have ever been to. The worst service the worst food and the worst menu. How do i even start with describing how bad of an experience my family and i had. First of all, we called the restraurant to ask if there were any seats available which they said werent available for the indoors and only outdoor tables were available. We were going to other restaurant but on the way within 10 mins stopped back to just see if the outdoors were sittable. To our surprise the entire indoors was vacant and we got a seat. Secondly, we ordered pizza which was sweet, mushroom tikkis which were cold, presentation was bad. Everything was bad. Worst ever broccoli almond soup i have ever had. Further we had ordered paneer butter masala after standing up for the waiter to take the order. The food never arrived, we sat there for 45 minutes to a point where we asked for the bill and cancelling the order . They didnt even do that. We just got up and went to the billing counter to beg them to just give the bill . It was the worst experience ever in any restaurant in the world and wouldnt recommend anyone to visit this restaurant. Worst food worst waiters worst attitude.

I get that people could get their food wrong due to any of the reasons but this standing up each and everytime to call a waiter ask the waiter and the manager to please provide the ordered food and even to cancel the food is something on a different level . I was really traumatised by the experience because i was the one who suggested the restaurant to my family , and they have been bullying me for recommending such worst restaurant such that they dont listen to any of my opinions on any...
