A very weird and a cold atmosphere.
Taste : 1/5. Way below standards. If you wish to compete with Chaayos or atleast compete in the Tea-Space then theres a lot of homework to be done. The tea just doesnt gice out the essence of tea. I drank twice and i ve been left disappointed both the times. Its either the raw materials or the combinations that just arent clicking for you guys !
Service: Decent but slow. The sad part being someone spilled tea when i came at 130pm and when i came back at 8pm for a tea, the tea was still on the floor. Not the best impression you want to give for a customer walking in.
Packaging: Major rework to be done on sandwich packaging or training on packaging. My sandwiches were literally stucfed into the box which ended up disintegrating from one corner. So thats Bad !
Not a great experience , not in terms of comparison to other brands but in general as an outlet too...

The outlet is always empty, not sure how they are managing it but we liked it. The staff was good and suggested us the food we can try. No hard sales for other items.
Good for small group or a couple as it's compact and has small sitting. Free parking in the basement and also outside but the entire complex is crowded due to various restaurants adjacent to it.
It's baby friendly so much you can take kids...
