I recently had the misfortune of visiting Vanitha theatre and was subjected to the most atrocious customer service I've ever encountered. The staff's behavior was downright rude, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable.

From the moment we walked in, the staff seemed put off by our presence. When I asked a simple question about the showtimes, I was met with a dismissive attitude and a curt response. But things took a turn for the worse when we tried to order snacks at the concession stand.

The staff member behind the counter was completely unfriendly, rolling their eyes and sighing audibly as we placed our order. When I politely asked for a refill on my drink, I was told "to order through bookmyshow" without explanation,at the same time other customers were having snacks and beverages in the canteen space.

The icing on the cake was when we were confronted by a manager who seemed more interested in defending their staff's behavior than addressing our concerns. The lack of accountability and customer-centricity was staggering.

Unless Vanitha takes serious steps to address their staff's behavior and train them in basic customer service skills, I would strongly advise against wasting your time and money at this dump. There are far better theaters in the area that actually value their customers.
