I’ve personally been a regular visitor and a fan of this brand and their burgers since their eruption at kochi. For the price paid, these guys deliver generously in terms of both quality and quantity. Extra brownie points for the exceptional hospitality and service offered by the crew on site. However a slight bummer at this branch in Edapally comes in the form of lack of parking facility and the lack of ample seating in the restaurant as at initial glance, it gives away all the vibes of a take away kiosk. This was my first visit to this branch since the panampally one happens to be my to go spot and had been wanting to try this branch since then. We had ordered the Samurai burger, the Haystack burger and the Omnivore platter. The Samurai burger was well done and tasty, however the haystack burger didn’t keep up to the promise. The menu stated that the burger contained bacon and I’ve had the same burger at the other branch hence there was a certain benchmark to draw a comparison. The bacon here tasted more like beef jerky and no where close to bacon. The omnivore platter was a wonderful treat for anyone who’d wanted to get a taste of all the starters that were on the menu. It consisted of calamari rings, onion rings, wings, jalapeno rings, mozzarella sticks and there was ample portion for the two of us to share. Their burgers are a no brainer for anyone looking to try out good quality burgers without tearing a hole in their pockets and to ensure that the money is all well spend at the end of the day. They are currently the best in business in the burger game and trust me they’re here to stay for long! These guys have raised the bar way too high for good burgers and till another giant comes up, the crown is still on their side. Must visit and will definitely keep coming back....
Read moreI recently ordered the Texas Toast Burger from your store through the QR code for dine-in, and I wanted to share a quick note about the experience.
Under the bun options, “Texas Toast” was listed, which led me to believe it was a type of bun. However, what I received was two slices of bread instead of an actual bun.
I’ve eaten burgers my whole life with a proper bun—soft, structured, and made to cradle the flavors. This was the first time I’ve had one served between toasted bread slices, and honestly, it felt like something was missing. The bread didn’t hold up well, especially for a loaded burger, and it took away from the joy I usually associate with a good burger. The taste itself was fine, but the texture and structure just didn’t deliver the full experience.
It might sound small, but for someone who truly cherishes the comfort and satisfaction of a well-made burger, this detail mattered more than I expected.
I’d suggest clarifying the description on the menu—perhaps noting it as “Texas toast (bread slice)” rather than listing it under bun options. That way, customers can make a more informed choice and avoid any confusion.
Thanks again. I really hope the right person sees this and considers making a change. I genuinely appreciate the effort you put...
Read moreIt's a small place near the the corner of the street I expected much more from this place. Although place is good for having varaity of burgers.
The only glitch I had with my burgers was, I didn't felt my burger patty a fresh or properly cooked one, it was neither crispy from outside nor its soft from inside.
Other ingredients cheese etc. were also bit less than expected . I hope I might not went at the right time.
I guss they make beef burgers much more better than chicken and there signature items are all beef.
But
Although more less you may have a decent meal but I expect much better with chicken items.
There shakes were also not much smooth as it should they were more ice cream than shakes....
Place is small nearly can accommodate 20 people Max and they worked creatively on the ambience. And mostly this place would be vary less crowded.
If you are going in group try different items rather than only burgers. As they have quite good varaity of items.
I hope they may be better by...
