Very nasty behaviour from salesman and cashier, higher amount was charged and was reluctant to rectify the mistake even though brought to attention and threatened me.

Dear Respected Owner,

I posted a review above post against misbehavior by sales staff and cashier of your Palarivattom Branch when I brought to their attention excess amount charged on October 12. The reply from customer care and field staff after two weeks stated 'no extra amount collected' hence my complaint will not stand. However, my complaint was not about the extra amount (as I was not ready to pay) but about the misbehavior from staff, which was not addressed.

Recently tried their Bombay samosa, veg puffs, and tea. The place was quite busy with almost all seats occupied, but the cozy, air-conditioned ambience made it comfortable to stay. Food service was quick, which was a pleasant surprise considering the crowd. The veg puffs were the highlight crispy, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. The Bombay samosa was also quite good and satisfying. However, the tea was disappointing. It tasted sugar, which didn’t complement the otherwise great food. A bigger concern was the tea cup it didn’t feel properly clean, which left a negative impression. I’ve attached a photo for reference. Lastly, there was a billing correction issue, which added a bit of frustration at the end. While these things didn’t ruin the experience, they definitely stood out. Disappointing Experience!!!

I visited KR Bakers on October 8th, 2024, with my family for lunch. While the food was satisfactory, our experience was marred by the rude and unprofessional behavior of one of the staff members.

We were initially seated at a large table, but upon realizing it was too big for our party of four, we requested to be moved to a smaller table near the window. Unfortunately, all the tables in that area were marked as "reserved." When we politely inquired about the availability of these tables, the staff member responded in a dismissive and rude manner.

Such behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the establishment. It is disheartening to see that a business like KR Bakers would tolerate such treatment of its customers.
