Loreto College — Local services in Kolkata

I am the student, of batch 2023-2024. A CBSE candidate, I had Given my best 4 subject percentage which was 88.5 then also not getting the name on the merit list.According to me,If tell for the future generations then (Please specially CBSE and WB students) don't apply here as because they always do partiality with these 2 boards.When they are posting their merit lists most of the students are ISC student.They had kept different cut offs for different boards. Is it Correct?? Comment it!! Now also their last Cutoff for CBSE was 95.6 percentage which I had saw in 4th-5th Merit list,and Now Today then will release their 9th merit list 6-8th No CBSE students names were listed.In ISC 94.something they got and their names were listed continuously?? Is it correct for Every students Comment it!! I request to the college that please mention all these nonsense rules and regulations of your college brochure so that students should not waste their time on the form fill ups....

One of the most prestigious colleges in Kolkata. This one stands in the first 5 of the list. Difficult to get selected but it is worth studying here. The professors are very friendly and helpful. They teach the students seriously and make them study also. It is on record, they clearly tell the students not to take any private tuition. If a student is found weak in any subject, they are given remedial classes. Extra curricular classes are provided for language, music and many more, even if the students are interested in learning something, they would arrange the class. No political colour, no gherao, ragging and all sorts of nonsense is not entertained here. Very strict discipline is practiced .
