The incident occurred during my visit to Roxy, the nightclub located within the hotel premises. To gain entry, I paid a considerable amount of 3000 rs, expecting to enjoy a pleasant evening. Unfortunately, my expectations were shattered when I encountered a North East employee along with a bouncer who confronted me.

Instead of providing a reasonable explanation or assistance, they shamelessly turned me out of the hotel without any valid reason. Their actions left me feeling humiliated and pathetic. It was evident that they were more interested in scamming people out of their money rather than providing the high-quality service that Park Hotel claims to offer.

What disappointed me the most was the discriminatory behavior displayed by the North East employee. Stereotyping someone based on their ethnicity is simply unacceptable and goes against the principles of professionalism and respect.
