And who doesn't love old retro songs by RD burman! This cafe will definitely take you to the memory lanes of all his songs. This cafe is the best example of music and food 🤩 📍Location -62/3, Hindustan Park Rd, Golpark, Hindustan Park, Gariahat, Kolkata, West Bengal 700019 ♨️Ambience- Starting from the entrance this cafe gives a cosy feeling and ofcourse amazing surroundings to click good pictures ❤️. They provide indoor and outdoor balcony seating space with soft retro bollywood songs playing in the background. They have a cosy balcony where you can enjoy delicious food while enjoying the beauty of nature ❤️ The cafe is decorated with all the works and frames of rd burman. ♨️ Food: Rating 10/10 ✨Fish Orly 🐟 A dish of fried bhetki with some in-house dips ! It's tastes heavenly.The fish was crispy-fried to perfection. ✨Greeck Salad With Tuna🥗 Crunchy green veggies with canned tuna . The dressing used on the tuna salad was tangy and gave the salad a unique flavor. ✨Mexican Chicken With Saffron Rice🍛 Chuncks of Chicken and veggies tossed in some sauce alongside with the Saffron rice - a driven combination ✨Mutton Shepherds Pie🥘‼️HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ‼️ - The shows topper of the evening was definitely mutton shepherds pie and the most ordered item of pancham er adday✨🤩 This was without a doubt one of the most luscious dishes I’ve ever had the privilege of experiencing ✨Fish In Garlic Sauce 🐟 The spicy elements in this dish were what made it a meal I’d eat again and again. ♨️Drinks: ✨Watermelon Mojito🍉🍸 ‼️ HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ‼️ This 🍷 drink gives you a very refreshing feeling with minimal sweet touch. ✨Green Apple Mojito 🍏🍸 ✨Choco frappe🧋 It's like a chocolate mocha to give change in taste 4 hours spent there was truly a melodious journey down the memory lane of Pancham da' songs with some delicious lip smacking food and som good pictures. ❤️ If this durga puja you want to try some unique place to hangout with your friends, family or loved ones then surely this is your place.❤️

Every bengali I guess , fan of THE LEGEND RAHUL DEV BARMAN AKA RD Burman or Pancham da.. so The Name of this place inspired By RD BURMAN.. This is Basically a musical cafe themed On the legend. If you're a big fan of this man , never miss the chance to visit the place once .. They have beautifully decorated this cafe with RD Burman's picture and by playing his melodious songs. You can enjoy their ambiance with his legendary songs and delicious food.. And most interesting part is their menu, because you will find detailed information about RD Burman along with food.. This place located at Hindustan Park, Gariahat.. Few days I have visited this place and totally in love with this place. Tried also their sumptuous food.. √WATERMELON MOJITO √ORANGE MARGARITA √SALAD WITH TUNA FISH √FISH ORLY √CHICKEN SATAY √MEXICAN CHICKEN WITH SAFFRON RICE If you start with some refreshments then you have to must try Watermelon mojito which was super refreshing and well made. Also orange margarita was too good. Now you want to entering Main, then you should try their salad. Tuna Salad was too good , it was filled with eggs , veggies and Tuna fishes which were fresh and tasty. We bengali have immense love with fish , 😋 Then you have to must try their fish Orly , it was well cooked , crispy layered of outside and filled with fish which was wonderful I must say.. Then if you want to try some spicy one then definitely try Chicken Satay , it had spicy flavor and tender chicken pieces. And last but not the least Mexican chicken with Saffron Rice , most recommended item from my side.. Rice was so flavorful and it's served with Tasty Mexican chicken which was non spicy and was a creamy one made with veggies, a beautiful combination rather.. Also there have option for Coffee and tea , they served it so beautifully. Quality and quantity of every food were on top notch. Staffs are well behaved and skilled . Servicing is very good. So if you want to reminiscing the 60's-90's vibes with RD BURMAN'S song , you must visit this place for hangout and musical adda.

📍Location : By lane of Purna Das road Rating : 4/5 Sometimes you just need to take a break for the party scenes and enjoy some good retro music and a scrumptious breakfast. Pancham er Adday is the perfect place to fulfill your this desire. They have a wide range of breakfast platters along side some good tea variants and coffee to accompany. During winters they had a wide range of bakery products and the menu keeps changing as per the season. Ask the bakery products are in house and freshly prepared. The cafe is spread across two floors, however the ground floor indoor has the bakery counter and outdoor seating. The first floor has a few rooms and a very cozy seating arrangement with a small balcony overlooking the street. ✓Morning breakfast platter (Veg/ Non Veg) - The non veg platter is my all time favourite breakfast. Sausage, bacon, eggs!! What else do you want? ✓Chicken sausage fritata - Loved the fritata. It was so delicious and fluffy that I literally didn't realise when I managed to finish the full plate! ✓Sunny sideup - Comes with eggs, toast and potato wedges. ✓Autumn tea - Loved the floral blend! It's soothing and fresh. ✓Makaibari tea - One of the blends from the famous tea estate of Darjeeling. ✓Cappuccino coffee with hazelnut - A perfect cuppa is always a bliss! Bakery products: ✓Custard dounut ✓Croissant ✓Brownie ✓Lemon cupcake ✓Blueberry cupcake ✓Tea cake If you love homely cafes with retro music and good food, this is the place you should definitely pay a visit. The entrance has a charming green corner. Then you will find beautiful musical walls, painting and the evergreen retro music. The bollywood movie poster and ambience will remind you all bollywood classics. Even the food menu based on Bollywood timeless songs. You can enjoy this beautiful vibe and begin your adda with delicious food. I had 👇 Tuna Salad Fish Orly Chicken Satay Mexican Chicken with Saffron rice Coffee Watermelon Mojito Orange Margarita You can start your add with tuna salad. Belive me all salads are not boring. This salad is filled with veggies and proteins. We bengalis love some fish based starter. Then you can go with fish Orly served with mayo. Fish Orly are totally wonderful. If you are spicy food lover like me then choose the Chicken Satay... Firstly it looks very beautiful and it comes with a peanut sauce. Spicy chicken Satay goes well with that sauce. Want a flavourful meal then try the Mexican chicken with Saffron rice. Combination is extremely delicious. The saffron rice covers semi spicy and creamy veggie chicken gravy. Coffee looks very cute and great. Watermelon Mojito is very refreshing. Orange Margarita is also amazing. Quality and quantity is top notch. Service is great. Rejoice the Bollywood retros and enjoy your adda with amazing food in Pancham er Adday.

And the story continues.. 🕺💯 After having an amazing time at a beautiful cafe opposite this one - we thought of crossing the road and walking into this music cafe modelled on the legendary #RdBurman a.k.a #Pancham who incidentally is my all time favourite music director and certainly one of the best India has produced till date.. The decor again is beautiful and has an aesthetic appeal to it - large life like potraits of the great music director adorns the walls alongwith a dedicated performance zone for singers singing his songs.. The place instantly transports you to the retro music scene of Bollywood.. Only if the singer singing his songs live at the cafe would have done a little more justice to those iconic numbers - he was all over the place unfortunately.. Service could be faster but the prices are pretty economical.. Unfortunately, the gastronomical experience turned out to be average for me - the #MangoFrappe & #HoneyGingerChicken both turned to be a #disaster to say the least - the less said the better.. I wouldn't recommend this cafe untill i visit once again to try out some other items on the menu - i am hoping that would probably turn out to be a better experience.. This place is located near Gariahat, near kookie jar and opposite marbellas. This is a RD Burman based cafe whose main theme is RD burman. It plays all his songs as well. Decor here is very good. It has an outside seating arrangement as well and also live music area. Staff here is pretty friendly. Coming to the food we ordered- 📍 Dragon Chicken- spicy chicken strips tossed in sauce and accompanied with bell peppers. This tasted good but quantity was bit too less compared to the price. 📍 Fish and Chips - 2 pieces of fish fillets given with french fries and mayonnaise dip. It tasted pretty good as the fish was fresh and crispy 📍 Chicken tenders - Chicken flat balls served with a dip. Tasted pretty good. 📍 shrimp tempura - This one was my favourite. Prawns dipped in batter and fried. Tasted amazing. Must try. 📍 Delicious BBQ chicken pizza - Super cheesy thin crust pizza topped with bbq sauce chicken and bell pepper. Can surely give it a try. 📍Spaghetti Bolognaise - This was served with minxed lamb and garlic bread. Can try it once if you are a pasta lover. 📍Herb marinated grilled chicken - This also was a personal favourite. 2 big pieces of chicken breast grilled and topped with a speical sauce and accompanied with boiled veggies. It was healthy as well as tasty. Highly recommended. Watermelon mojito - This is a good refreshment drink specially during summers.
