The Cafe has a great ambiance, being a regular there I must say this is going to be one difficult review. The Cafe once established the bar for what cafes should be but it's with a very heavy heart that I have to say that this place isn't on of my favourites anymore. They have shown a steady decline over the last few months, their quality and quantity of food has taken a huge hit and is bordering abysmal. The service is slow and no one seems to take keen interest in the customers, they miss orders and mix them up. A lack of management is very evident, now one might say that we must show compassion since they are trying hard despite the pandemic, but let me point it out that there are many other cafes out there and they are doing great to meet customer service and satisfaction. Yes there are cafes that are doing worse than them but they don't fall in the same premium category as them.

Let me give you a small experience of mine, Me and my friends go over to the cafe, we sit down and wait for almost 20 mins for someone to come and take our order, When they do come and we order they miss out on orders and mix our orders up with that of another table. Finally when the right order arrives, I must say the quality of food was extremely disappointing, the quality of meat that was served was sub-par and the bacon seemed to reek of a stale an rotting smell, the quantity was so low, I have never seen such bad quantities, one platter cannot even fill up one person. They missed our drinks till the end of the tenure and when we finally call for the bill they remember that they forgot our drinks and finally start making them and make us wait for drinks which were equally terrible. When we complain about the ordeal to the manager, he just dismissed the entire problem.

I just need to say if you have an option, get out of there and go to the cafe on the other side of the street, you'll be much better off. The owner really needs to look into all of these problems else she will not stop bleeding customers and end up losing out on a chunk of the market. And who doesn't love old retro songs by RD burman! This cafe will definitely take you to the memory lanes of all his songs. This cafe is the best example of music and food 🤩

♨️Ambience- Starting from the entrance this cafe gives a cosy feeling and ofcourse amazing surroundings to click good pictures ❤️. They provide indoor and outdoor balcony seating space with soft retro bollywood songs playing in the background. They have a cosy balcony where you can enjoy delicious food while enjoying the beauty of nature ❤️ The cafe is decorated with all the works and frames of rd burman.

✨Fish Orly 🐟 A dish of fried bhetki with some in-house dips ! It's tastes heavenly.The fish was crispy-fried to perfection.

Every bengali I guess , fan of THE LEGEND RAHUL DEV BARMAN AKA RD Burman or Pancham da.. so The Name of this place inspired By RD BURMAN.. This is Basically a musical cafe themed On the legend. If you're a big fan of this man , never miss the chance to visit the place once .. They have beautifully decorated this cafe with RD Burman's picture and by playing his melodious songs. You can enjoy their ambiance with his legendary songs and delicious food.. And most interesting part is their menu, because you will find detailed information about RD Burman along with food.. If you start with some refreshments then you have to must try Watermelon mojito which was super refreshing and well made. Also orange margarita was too good. Now you want to entering Main, then you should try their salad. Tuna Salad was too good , it was filled with eggs , veggies and Tuna fishes which were fresh and tasty. We bengali have immense love with fish , 😋 Then you have to must try their fish Orly , it was well cooked , crispy layered of outside and filled with fish which was wonderful I must say.. Then if you want to try some spicy one then definitely try Chicken Satay , it had spicy flavor and tender chicken pieces. And last but not the least Mexican chicken with Saffron Rice , most recommended item from my side.. Rice was so flavorful and it's served with Tasty Mexican chicken which was non spicy and was a creamy one made with veggies, a beautiful combination rather.. Also there have option for Coffee and tea , they served it so beautifully.
