Visited the place 1 month ago with my aunt and a friend. Orders are as follows: Plain rice, 2. Sukhto, 3. Moong Dal with Peas, 4. Alu Fry, 5.Chitol Macher Muitha, 6. Dab Chingri, 7. Chicken Masala special (6pcs). 8. Date and cashew chatni. Complimentary: Kochu, narkel sorshe bata, Kalmir saak and Pan pata sarbat.
A small review about the food. The compliments were awesome. Sukto, Moong dal, alu vaja, Rice were as usual perfectly cooked. Chitol Macker muitha was really good (Don't know it should contain that much hotness or not). Dab chingri was good (I tasted it very little). Chicken Masala was good. A must order, the pieces were very good in size, well boiled perfectly cooked. Chatni was awesome in taste. Cashews were a lot in number...
Time for a little pros and cons. PROS: The waiters were good. They educate the customers about the items that were available and the special dishes that were not incorporated in the menu cards. The items such as the Rice per plate, Dal per bowl were ample and enough for 2 persons may be 3 also. The digestif i.e. Pan Pata Sarbaat was awesome. Price (the main) of the items were normal a little on the higher side.
CONS: The waiters should help the people know about the quantities of each item per plate. All the items are À la carte, which results in a little huge billing. It would have been good if Buffet is available. The ambiance was also a little bit vintages bathroom was to small and the flush was also in a non-working condition.
Rest it was a wonderful experience. Would love to go there again and consume the heavenly food. Thumbs...

Read moreI had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The quality of the food was extremely poor, both in terms of taste and freshness. The hospitality was also far below expectations. While placing the order, I was told that if we needed extra rice later, they would not serve it—which is very unusual for any dining place. After finishing the meal, when I asked for chutney and papad, I was refused on the grounds that orders are taken only once. Honestly, who orders chutney, papad, or dessert along with the main course? In every decent restaurant, waiters usually check if customers would like these items after the meal.
Additionally, they charged GST, which is no longer applicable, and did not provide normal drinking water on the table. Even simple courtesy items like sauf or mishri were missing—we had to ask for them, and shockingly, were told to take them from another table ourselves. That is absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable.
Overall, from food quality to service, everything was below standard, and I would not recommend this...
