Vadilal Ice Creams — Local services in Kolkata

A very rude employee from Vadilal called me up after accepting an order on swiggy, saying items not available and that I can accept what they are offering or cancel it. The items they offered in exchange were lower at cost so I asked them to accommodate same price items but the person listed those wrong first of all then threatened to cancel the entire order. This was extremely rude and against the brand, as we know. Take action and update please. Later I was charged full but got nothing. Requesting immediate action and response from the management.
