This is for the online store - not Bandra store but there's no option to leave a review for the online store. Ordered cushion cover + a cushion to fill it with. Chumbak confirmed the order. Delivered only the cushion. After running after with what seems like a bot WhatsApp chat - they inform the cushion cover is now out of stock. Then ran after the chat to process return and refund which is to be done from a 'special' link they share. Asked them to call. No call. Emailed them too. After doing that - refund amount mentioned is less than what was paid for the order. Ran after bot-chat for that. At no point has return request even asked where to process the refund. Ran after bot-chat for that conversation. Now waiting for return. After which the refund link will be shared asking for where to refund. Most ridiculous waste of a customers time. Ordered randomly from here just to see how the product is. Never ordering from Chumbak ever...

Great store with sad,lazy customer support.My third time online with Chumbak,and its always messy.Last time was mixed up orders.This time its the Marigold Kulhads.They were tiny,and one came damaged-so clearly they dont survive transit. I was supposed to gift them abroad,but had to leave the damaged set behind to be replaced,while i travelled. And since then,its the replacement thats perpetually in transit. What a shame-they have some nice things,but the Staff ,even in store,are Clueless,disinterested and lazy. Also,while carrying the remaining Kulhads abroad,another one chipped.So theycannot withstand travel,and need to be packed with great care from the time they leave Chumbaks...

This place used to be quite customer-friendly. I was buying a set of enameled water glasses and accidentally broke a coffee cup. Kind of tacky, but I was happy to pay for it. Unfortunately, they required me to buy two of them “as they are a set”, although priced individually and no matching cup available. I paid for two but they addressed only the Indian person I was with, and refused to send me the receipt on WhatsApp to my number. They only looked at and dealt with my companion, although they required me to pay for two. They made a embarrassing mistake to be four times as embarrassing and shameful as it...
