they dont deserve any star worst customer service.. first of all nobody receive any call on complaint department 2 ) if any one receive call on enquiry dept .. they will say i will just check your query and place the call on hold and the hold is continued till the time you dont disconnect the call.. im caling them from last whole week now i feel like going to their headoffice and break their headoffice..

I HAVE USEDTHIER COOKWARE PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM MALL. SO THIS TIME I PURCHASED ONLINE VELVET DOSA TAWA 24 cm.FIRST TIME ,ITEM WAS DEFECTIVE GOT REPLACED IMMEDIATELY. AFTER 2 to 3 TIMES OFUSING IT ,BLACK SPOTS APPEARED WHICH WERE NOT GOING AFTER PROPER CLEANING. SO HAD TO GO ONE MONTH OF CONTINUOUS REQUEST ON EMAILS, AT LAST GOT REPLACED BUT SAD TO SAY WITH DIFFERENT MAKE , TYPE ORCHID TAWA. LIGHT IN WEIGHT, REQUESTED THEM TO SEND ME SAME OTHERWISE UPGRADED PRODUCT,AND READY TO PAY DIFFERENCE IN COST. BUT SORRY NOT ACCEPTING MY REQUEST, DECIDED WILL NEVER PURCHASE ONLINE.
